What an utterly bizarre dish. 🤔 I’d be curious to try it. I’ll have to make it one of these days.

Mussels with french fries & mayonnaise is a staple in Belgium. Sounded totally weird but now I am completely sold on mayo with fries. I gross people out when I do it in public.

Poutine looks very much like our cheese-chips and gravy here ,only curds instead of grated cheese.
 
Made Japanese Spicy Beef Stir-fry , turned out yummy with a bit of heat behind it.

Yes !🙂 I enjoy potato wedges ,sour cream and sweet chilli sauce occassionally in winter.
That stir fry sounds nice THT .
 
My cooking is a bit here there and everywhere at the moment as I’m driving kids to work ,or someone has already eaten,or someone is trying vegetarian .I need to sit down and plan meals properly.
 
It is a little the same here too. Though if I make something earlier the microwave is a good option.

Carl Jr’s Breakfast Burger: Egg, Hamburger Patty, Bacon, Cheddar Cheese, Tangy Sauce, and Onion Rings on the bottom.
