I had soft serve Godiva ice cream today while shopping with my sister. It was sooo good.
 
Now I feel like breakfast after reading what other people are eating 🙂 Having a cup of coffee.
 
Aloe Vera drink 🤒 I’m such a sook when it comes to a common cold.Id forgotten how often little children share what they catch ,poor things.

Someone mentioned somewhere having Kerry Gold butter from Ireland…I noticed it on the shelf here in Woolworths for $6 a small block (250gms maybe)

That was me, I think, regarding the Kerry Gold Irish Butter. Our Aldi’s has it in stock.

It tastes really creamy. It’s very nice!

That’s how it comes–in a small block. You can cook and bake with it, obviously.

I have just enjoyed using it a little at a time and have been putting it on veggies–things like that.

How far are you from Scott Louisiana?

There was some store selling the most amazing fried pork cracklings. That stuff was addictive, like crack, come to think of it.
 
There was another store, Billy’s I think it was.

Anyway the stuff came in a brown paper bag.
 
I remember it now.

Don’s Specialty Meats. The cracklings were sold in paper bags.

Just found out they do ship all over the country.

i just had honey glazed lamb with a red wine reductions and a cous-cous and snap pea salad
all done by me, lol
 
That looks like a piece of pumpkin pie, with some kind of whipped cream/whipped topping on it.

I love lamb, and I have a leg of lamb here that I will be making this week. How did you prepare yours–on the grill, or oven-roasted?

We’re eating late here but we’re having orange chicken with white rice, and chicken egg rolls. 🙂
