I was out practicing bowling today and right around my third game, I started to get angry and frustrated. My score was dropping, I was barely missing spares, getting a few splits, etc. I tried changing things, hoping that maybe that would fix it, but it seemed like it made things worse. I tried to go back to what I was doing before, but it really didn’t help much. This is obviously not about my bowling though. I am concerned because it felt like I couldn’t get a grip on my anger. It wasn’t like I was throwing chairs, or anything like that, just that I became very rude and was being disrespectful to my mom and my sister. I would also, sit down in the chair harder than normal, I stomped the floor once and used a foul word once.
I tried to control it because I knew it was wrong to act like that. But everything that happened just seemed aggravate me even more, which made me think about how anger was a sin and that lead to me getting even more angry and frustrated. I am worried about what kind of sin I committed.
Should I go to confession for this?
