My Nephew has a rare skin disease. His body does not produce the proteins that connect the skin the the muscle. Basically he looks severly burned. Every finger and toe has to be individually wrapped. The slightest rub on his skin produces a severe blister that doesn’t heal very quickly. He can no longer eat much more than what you would feed a child with no teeth. There is hope though. There is a study right now at the U of Minn. They have given children like my nephew a bone marrow transplant with stem cells from an ambilical cord. The children have begun to produce the protein that they require and it looks to be a cure. We are praying that he is accepted into the study. Would you all join me?
