Ouch. TwT

I don’t actually have one though. 😛

On the other hand, had you said something along the lines of: “So, who are you pairing yourself up with in your latest fan fic? Hinata from Naruto? Chi from Chobits?”

Yeah, now THAT would have been painful. TwT

Sounds better than the visual novels I’ve seen my fellow anime-nerds play. >_<;;
Is Starcraft a game?

Where have you been!?
Not too shocking. I’ve taught students that have never watched a Star Wars or Star Trek film, never been to McDonalds, or hadn’t even heard of John Wayne. A computer game is far less common than those places. Different strokes, I guess.

I wouldn’t touch the sequel with all their absurd time limits for campaign stages. Yuck. And still only 3 races? Blah.
Well, it’s all about e-sports now. I played computer games precisely because they were not sport.
About the only thing I play anymore are Rome: Total War and Medieval 2. And getting married in both those games is easy: A wife is presented to one of your generals and you either say yes or no for each of your generals.😃
Wasn’t so easy in King Arthur. I had to prop up a fully developed cathedral quarter in my capital before that princess would even look at my king. Was easier with the knights, though. I could set them all up with shrewd, demanding women so they would gain more experience from quests.
Of course, all your generals die around 60 years of age (if not in combat), so it’s a bummer.
I remember some of them living absurdly long in Mediaeval, actually…
Also, why is Burger King putting guacamole on a hamburger? That has to be a venial or cardinal sin or something. Seriously.
What’s wrong with guacamole?
Is Starcraft a game?
To some people (not me, though) it’s more than a game: it’s a way of life. 😃

I’ve seen all the above and heard of John Wayne but never starcraft but then I’ve never been a gamer. The last video game I played was asteroid in 82. I missed the video game generation I guess.

👍

Yeah, asteroids and donkey kong.

It just doesn’t belong on a hamburger. And that’s no papal bull either.😃
Now, wouldn’t you be devastated to see the Pope put guacamole on his hamburgers? 😃 Food for thought!

Games from the eighties were the best anyway.

As far as I’m concerned guacamole belongs on everything edible. It’s great stuff! I’d never heard of Starcraft or whatever that game is called either. Am I getting old?

Nah. But your food tastes make you anathema, verboten, or whatever the usage is…😃

I was going to work in a “holy guacamole” line somewhere but couldn’t make it work.😦

:rotfl:

Seriously though, I wouldn’t eat the guacamole hamburger from Burger King, but I have friends who love them from other restaurants. Fast food is soooo unhealthy that I avoid it like the plague. I bet it would be good on a turkey burger though. I’m gonna try that…full details to follow. 😛

It has to be good fresh guacamole. Straight Avacodes are good too. I have never heard of the games either so I guess that makes us old.

👋 Thought I’d wander through with some encouragement.

Never married here, and just turned 30 last week. And, until last year, I’d never dated either. But, In April of last year, I met the most interesting guy, in a thread much like this one, right here on the CAF.

We’re planning to get engaged in November. 😃

So, if you’re still looking and waiting…do NOT give up hope. :bounce:

Gotta throw down some bunkers before that fourgate comes. 😃
I never did get a hang of those popular strategies 😛 always played like a mess haha

As a never been and still waiting, thank you for the encouragement! And congrats on your up coming engagement!!! All the best to you 👍

Hey now, I take offense at that! D:

Even now, playing classic Super Mario or Pacman drives me bananas!

Same here. I tried to practice myself against AI but I eventually just end up typing in cheats. Ugh, it’s disgraceful. TwT I also know this one classmate who was lecturing his friend on some Starcraft II strategies (Protoss ones in particular) and my mind was like, “Good Lord this guy’s a pro! Abandon all hope of being one! D:”

On the other hand, when it comes to RPG bosses… I’m confident enough to say I’ve got fair experience.

I never married because I’m gay. I’ve been celibate for 20 years. It was wrong for me and marriage would have been out of the question.

I’m married to the Church.
