Bishop Fellay of the SSPX has initiated another Rosary Crusade. The first Rosary Crusade was for the purpose of freeing the old Mass, which occurred soon after its completion. The second Rosary Crusade was for the unilateral lifting of the excommunications against the SSPX Bishops, which took place within days of its being delivered to Rome - “on the very same visit I made to Rome in January to put in the Sovereign Pontiff’s hands our bouquet of 1,703,000 Rosaries, Cardinal Castrillon Hoyos put in my own hands the decree lifting the “excommunications” of 1988” (Bishop Fellay).
This third Rosary Crusade is for the event that will bring about the victory of Our Lady and the prophecied restoration of the Church, which has been described by many saints (particularly Ann Catherine Emmerick) as beyond human imaginings. This third (and probably final) Rosary Crusade is for the Consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary by the Pope and all Bishops in accord with the requests of Our Lady of Fatima.
This final Crusade, which will begin today and continue until March 25, 2010. Each SSPX Chapel will consecrate itself to the Immaculate Heart today to begin the Crusade. The good Bishop has requested 12 Million Rosaries, an equal number of sacrifices and the living out of the requests of Our Lady of Fatima (making the first Saturdays, and offering sacrifices for the conversion of sinners, etc.). All are invited to join in this Crusade. In March of 2010 all will be ask to send the number of Rosaries said to the SSPX headquarters to be included in the final tally.
If you desire to join this Crusade, you are encouraged to make an initial intention that all of your Rosaries from this day until March 25, 2010 will be for this intention. This will ensure that all of your Rosaries are counted in case you forget to make the specific intention before each individual Rosary.
We hope that all join in this Crusade, which could be titled “The Nuclear Option”, for the victory of the Church against her enemies and the praise and glory of our Blessed Mother who will obtain this grace from her son when her request are met.
Our Lady of Fatima said: “In the end My Immaculate Heart will triumph. The Holy Father will consecrate Russia to Me, and she will be converted, and a period of peace will be granted to the world”.
In 1936, responding to a question by a Priest, Sister Lucy said: "I have spoken to Our Lord about the subject and not too long ago I asked Him why He would not convert Russia without the Holy Father making the consecration. (He replied) ‘Because I want My whole Church to acknowledge that consecration as a triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary so that it may extend its cult later on and put the devotion to the Immaculate Heart beside the devotion to My Sacred Heart. Pray very much for the Holy Father. He will do it but it will be late … .“
Indeed the hour is late, and the time has now arrived. Let us join this Crusade, which will bring about the grace necessary for the accomplishment of this request of Heaven.
