She is raising the baby with support from her family. She is living with her parents and going to school and working part-time. The baby is very happy so it appears all is going well. I don’t get to see her that often as we don’t live near each other. She is very lucky to have a family that is willing to support her and help her as your daughter is lucky to have you.

Thank you so much for this. I am trying to understand what it is the God wants me to do. Ideally I want my niece to keep her baby and be the best mom she possibly can. It is so hard looking from the outside and seeing how her decisions are affecting her. Only time will tell I guess, so for the time being I will be doing a lot of praying.

I think you should at least make the offer. There is no harm in doing so. If she jumps at the offer and seems genuinely excited, then it’s probably for the best. But if she wants to raise the child on her own, then that has to be respected too.
