Have you spoke to the pastor or Pastordal Coordinator depending what your parish has the moment? The Liturgy Committee needs to read the GIRM or Liturgy Documents.

Not yet. I know that would be my first step if it were a parish problem. This is a diocesan problem, but I may end up speaking to the pastor anyway. Thanks!
