Yes, the word fetus is tellingYou say they will go to hell like you know they will.
The church does not teach that.
It is very telling that you use fetus instead of unborn human being.

How can you say that they want to save the lives of the most innocent? Why don’t you ask the “fetus” as you insist on calling them what pro life and what pro death mean to them?So I choose life – which is why I vote mainly for Democrats, since they are not CC denialists, and want to do things that will help save lives, including lives of the unborn.
In all honesty, I give it a lot of thought, and in the end my conscience will not allow me to vote for the Republican because of life issues.
It’s too bad that Republicans (and Democrats) cannot become more thoroughly pro-life (my unique definition, which includes all human lives). I sort of feel like a general sending troops into battle, knowing some will die…I just choose the candidate whom I think will cause less deaths or save more lives. And I don’t consider the born people and the fetuses dying from environmental harms to be less valuable than the fetuses slated for elective abortions. I just can’t do that, no matter what people say.
As for the woman who chooses abortion (whether abortion is legal or illegal), she will likely go to Hell, unless she repents. So even if we don’t put her in prison, she’ll get her due justice.
Do you have information about the number of unborn babies killed by environmental harms in the US?So I choose life – which is why I vote mainly for Democrats, since they are not CC denialists, and want to do things that will help save lives, including lives of the unborn.

It’s Latin, the language of anatomy.Yes, the word fetus is telling
I really think you know what we mean. Those Catholics married to their party, following the lead of their party, usually use fetus instead of human being, to ease their conscience. It’s Latin, the language of anatomy.
I don’t believe you guys.![]()
As opposed to the use of phrases like rape, incest, etc. I suppose.I really think you know what we mean. Those Catholics married to their party, following the lead of their party, usually use fetus instead of human being, to ease their conscience.
Not sure how that relates to anything in the post???As opposed to the use of phrases like rape, incest, etc. I suppose.
Your statement about policies killing human beings after they are born is really stretching it with not even an ounce of truth. The comment about democratic policies on abortion, over 1 million human beings killed a year.Assuming that Republicans will keep their promises to do something substantive to stop abortion (which hasn’t happened in the 43 years since Roe v. Wade, nor is it likely to happen now, but just for the heck of it)…
Democratic policies kill human beings through abortion. But Republican policies kill human beings through lack of access to health care, wars and lack of regulations of dangerous work conditions, among other things.
Really, the only thing to choose is whether human beings will be killed after they are born, when they and others will suffer, or before birth, with no suffering unless the mother feels guilty. Except, of course, with late-term abortions, which are usually illegal anyway. Sorry to be harsh but that’s the truth of it.
Id like to see some kind of evidence Republican policies kill people. We do know for sure one democrat policy that kills one and wounds another.Assuming that Republicans will keep their promises to do something substantive to stop abortion (which hasn’t happened in the 43 years since Roe v. Wade, nor is it likely to happen now, but just for the heck of it)…

I truly believe that Catholic democrats married to their party say these things to ease their conscience as their unwavering support emboldens the democratic party’s platform on this life or death issue.Id like to see some kind of evidence Republican policies kill people. How am I stretching it? People die from lack of healthcare. IIRC, most if not all of the states that refused to expand Medicaid were Republican-led. That policy has certainly killed people. I’ll grant that which party is more warlike is debatable, but one of the things that is also debatable is whether the U.S. invaded the Middle East more to stop ISIS or to get oil. Many deaths there. And the Republican Party does love to regulate business. Workplace accidents kill their share of people too.Your statement about policies killing human beings after they are born is really stretching it with not even an ounce of truth. Stretch 2 any real stats? How am I stretching it? People die from lack of healthcare. IIRC,
Outright wrong on this next one, very provable that it is the democrats that over regulatemost if not all of the states that refused to expand Medicaid were Republican-led. That policy has certainly killed people.

This next one…it is very hard to change minds when those democrats married to their party do all they can to support their party, even though it means making the killing of the most innocent the norm. And the Republican Party does love to regulate business. Workplace accidents kill their share of people too.
I agree that the abortion rate is more than tragic. But however much we hate it, most Americans want at least some abortions to be legal. Changing minds is possible, but it will take a long time and a lot of work. In the meantime, isn’t it a good thing to save those lives that can be saved?
They say about half the miscarriages are due to environmental harms, like pollution and toxins in our household and personal care products.Do you have information about the number of unborn babies killed by environmental harms in the US?
As others have noted - you have zip for data to back up your assertions - and I would ask you what you consider “something substantive to stop abortion” to be? How about risking your elected position to stop the most heinous abortion procedure … not once but three times - by Republicans … 1995, 1997 - both vetoed by Clinton - your party … 2003 signed by Bush … immediately the legal challenges began by guess which sideAssuming that Republicans will keep their promises to do something substantive to stop abortion (which hasn’t happened in the 43 years since Roe v. DDT, another thing that causes miscarriages – see sciencenews.org/article/ddt-linked-miscarriages…Republican policies do not kill people - to have a real example of that kind of policy influence look to the banning of DDT to save the brown pelicans and other birds [a laudable purpose] - but one which caused the death of millions of people …
Yes - I remember DDT and all of the reasons … but that policy had consequences … I did not mean DDT was good or should not have been banned … I was just using this as an example of a policy that caused deaths - measured and studied - reportable - which the poster with their “Republican policies kill human beings” with their policies cannot produce an example for with any statistics …DDT, another thing that causes miscarriages – see sciencenews.org/article/ddt-linked-miscarriages
And health harms to born people as well:
-breast & other cancers
-miscarriages & low birth weight
-developmental delay
-nervous system & liver damage

No ‘Silver Bullet’ for Malaria Control
The only remaining legal use of DDT is to control malaria-carrying mosquitoes. A devastating disease, malaria kills more than 800,000 people every year, the majority of deaths among children in Sub-Saharan Africa. Indoor spraying with DDT is one of a number of tools being used to control malaria around the world. Only in rare cases is it the most effective choice.*
Doesn’t surprise me. Rape and incest seem to be now accepted as justification for abortions in the Republican circles. But they are human beings too, aren’t they? Not sure how that relates to anything in the post???
