They do not believe in the Holy Trinity as one God. They do not believe in original sin.The Mormon people I know believe in Jesus . and have a communion sacrament.
If you don’t have the Holy spirit . that’s the same thing. They do not believe in original sin.
Not sure I understand the point you are making. If you don’t have the Holy spirit . that’s the same thing.
I guess we are taught that Mary and Jesus didn’t have original sin. Hmm
The Mormon Church does not pass the litmus test at all. Both Catholic and other within the realm of orthodox Christian doctrine believe Jesus is God come in flesh and that He alone is God come in flesh. Mormons, upon a more careful examination, believe Jesus is just one god among many. But this you will not learn standing at your front door. And if the litmus test for a true Christian is that they appear to be indwelled with the Holy Spirit and worship and serve God by loving God and loving other Then shouldn’t Mormonism be considered Christianity as well since they claim to believe in Jesus and they also appeared to be Spirit filled as they are truly some of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. They are also extraordinarily moral.
