On that note,my belief is Romney/Ryan are what is good for the country,so I pray that God concurs!:😉

I believe in the power of prayer. My wife has had a Stage 4b cancer for the last 7 years. I should have been a widower four years ago, but for the power of prayer. Though we are estranged, I continue to pray for her survival, not for her recovery, which physicians say is out of the question.

Her survival so far is quite a difference from getting into a fight with a 2 to one advantage and superior firepower and claiming that God gave you the victory.

So it is out of the question for God to heal your wife completely, only help her survive? God heals people completely everyday, don’t you agree???

I don’t see it - from personal experience. She and I will be satisfied if she can hang on as she is. She won’t get better, but as long as she doesn’t get worse, she’s alright.

If there’s anything left on God’s plate, I assume Obama will redistribute it to his constituents.

Well, Rich, I still believe in miracles, so I will pray that she heals completely. Our Lady of Ransom, pray for us.

Thank you. We both appreciate that. We’ll never reconcile as a couple for a number of reasons, but my concern for her health will never diminish.

Breaks my heart to hear Rich, both the illness and the estrangement. May God grant peace and strength to you both!
