Yes, you will need a lot of grace as well. But this subforum does not specialise in providing that. 🙂

That is true, and if God decides to use the forum, we can be instrumental. And it’s my experience He does.

Well, let’s take the part about jumping off the cliff. Take a clip from “My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic” second episode of the first season: youtube.com/watch?v=eqfkgVvHIX0. It does include a pony (Applejack) telling another pony (Twilight Sparkle) to do just that - jump off a cliff. Now, do you agree that it all ended well and, given the circumstances, that was the right and rational thing to do…? If so, do you think that it would become any less rational if Applejack was replaced with God…? 🙂
Not interested in playing your games. Sorry. Feel free to jump cliffs, if your God tells you to. If mine is a good God, he won’t. If he does, he is not good and not worthy of my worship.

Moderators, by all means you can close this thread. I have gotten the replies I needed.

From my first post:

Mods, if you find this is the wrong forum category please move the thread.
I don’t know if you were joking (in that case - well done!), but I meant that God gives grace and not a forum.

That’s a pity…

OK, if you are not interested in the example, then, yes, it was meant to show that God is not going to ask us to do something that is really evil. He might ask for something that looks evil at the first sight, but, since we know he is not going to ask us for something that is really evil, it is not that unreasonable to trust Him.
