Well, he does have a speech disorder, albeit one that is extremely well controlled. There is no evidence that he has cognitive loss other than rumour and speculation in the far-right media. Even so, are Christians encouraged to mock people who have cognitive loss?

This is what people keep claiming and that is why it is open season on both candidates but to me Biden does have cognitive loss. Two and one half months to go so it is not going to get better on either candidate.
