It seems we are celebrating revenge.
To practice justice is a joy for the just, but terror for evildoers.

Revenge would be celebrating this lady’s death. Her and her children dancing around after hearing of the attacks on Sept 11.I am really appalled by what I’ve just seen and heard on TV – that people are cheering and partying because one of God’s children was killed.
I can understand relief. But what difference will the death of this one man really make, besides making him into a martyr and hero in the eyes of his violent supporters.
It seems we are celebrating revenge.
Let us pray for Bin Ladin’s immortal soul instead.

in the end we will never know…the US can easily say whatever they want at this pointSr. admin official - bin Laden did resist the assault force. Was killed in firefight.
No he didn’t. He died on April 30. But the date does seem pretty close.HITLER also died on May 1st…

They just got it a bit mixed up. CNN was reporting his death was announced on May 1. But from what I read it was actually May 2.oh… that will teach me not to trust everything I read on twitter.![]()
I honestly don’t know whether I should rejoice that this mastermind of evil has been eradicated, or weep because he was never able to regret his wicked deprivation.“It’s God’s responsibility to judge Osama bin Laden. It is our responsibility to simply arrange the meeting.”
don’t we all need it?The first thing I thought when I learned he was killed was how fitting it is for him to die on Divine Mercy Sunday. Because God knows he needs it.
They have his body. Prior to the announcement, the DNA made certain it was Bin Ladin.in the end we will never know…the US can easily say whatever they want at this point
It’s cool, dude. I just wish more people loved history just as much as I do.oh… that will teach me not to trust everything I read on twitter.![]()
Some more than othersdon’t we all need it?

What we celebrate is the cutting off of the head of the leading terror network. :dancing:
booCCC - “2267 Assuming that the guilty party’s identity and responsibility have been fully determined, the traditional teaching of the Church does not exclude recourse to the death penalty, if this is the only possible way of effectively defending human lives against the unjust aggressor. …”
