Read your statement again. Perhaps though I misread it.
We know that they wouldn’t die unless they eat the fruit. The servant was also tempting them. So sinning is just matter of time.

Adam and Eve could yes have not sinned - ever.

(PS and it is not said that their state would have continued like that - it could also have been later changed for even better…)

I don’t think so. Why servant was tempting them?
 
Jesus lived short. We don’t know how much Adam and Eve lived.
Your missing something that I inferred.

Jesus could not sin.

Yet he still tempted Him.

Bottom line - no matter how long Adam and Eve were in the condition they were created in - they did not have to sin.

Yeah, so bottom line is that Satan is fool trying to temp someone who could not sin. I think that is a big flaw in this story.

No flaw in the story.

The flaw was in the Devil …(this is getting off topic - so I will set that aside)

And could have not necessarily “known” that Adam would sin either.

He is not God.
