Did I say the nursing home was a hostile work environment? (actually, they do have employees).

Call the EEOC, call a Human Resources professional and ask them.

I dont need to. One can visit multiple businesses in any community and find waiting rooms with different news networks on. That is not harassment.
One would have a better claim that Stephen Colbert and some of the other late night “comedians” are more offensive than any new station.

JHe’s benefited from Obama’s 7 years of economic growth. Let’s see how tariffs and huge deficits from his tax cuts play out in our economy. And he has added 2 conservative white guys to a Supreme Court that represents an increasingly cultural and ideological diverse America. If they try to overturn Roe, it will energize the 71 percent of Americans who believe it is settled law and pretty much mark the decline of the Republican Party. Sadly, the Great White Hope for America (Trump) is an embarrassment to all who play by the rules, believe in morality and fair play and who have worked hard and made sacrifices to improve our communities and country. He is a joke, and a crude one at that.
That’s kind of racist.

Shouldn’t this thread be titled, “George Soros’ puppet, Greatest President in Our Lifetime”?

I have never heard or read that simply having politically oriented channels on TV (and that’s all of them nowadays) in a work place is a “hostile work environment” in an actionable way.

But if you want to give us case citations or something demonstrating that it’s so, we’ll all learn something today. Failing that, I think it’s safer for people in this thread to disbelieve it.

SEven years of economic growth when peoples’ real wages went down nearly the entire time?

What are you saying is “settled law” to 71 percent of Americans?

And are you really saying white people should be disqualified from being president in this country?

Do you mean they disapprove of his policies,or can you point to a specific post of someone who has said they hate Obama?
Oh, for Pete’s sake. The birther lie is still alive and well here at CAF.

Well, let’s see what we’ve got in my lifetime:

Eisenhower – pretty good. The right man at the right time. A very good president. Perhaps not FDR-level great, but pretty good.

Kennedy – we’ll never know.

Johnson – could have been one of the greats, if it weren’t for Vietnam.

Nixon – a brilliant, but unfortunately crooked man. Disgraced his office and our country.

Ford – not bad, under the circumstances, but kind of a blip on the screen.

Carter – not as bad as is often thought, but won’t be remembered as a great president, either.

Reagan – not high on my list.

Bush I – actually a pretty decent president, but perhaps one with an outdated concept of what was needed for the country at that particular moment.

Clinton – another “could have been.” He had the brains, and the charisma, and the political smarts, but tried too hard to please too many, and moved too much to the center.

Bush II – no, not one of the greats.

Obama – very good. I think he might have been better if he’d waited a decade before running, but he saw the moment and seized it.

Trump – well, here we are. I don’t think history will remember him kindly.

JonNC asked for instances of Obama hatred. I replied. You can’t really blame me for answering.

But I’m sure that millions of Americans are now pining for the Obama presidency after only a year and a half of Trump. They probably realize now how good he was when they compare him to his successor.

Just reading that thread title totally triggered me.

I will need to recuperate in my safe space (man cave) tonight.

Hardly…I was counting the days until Obama left office and since President Trump was elected it has only gotten better!

Maybe it’s gotten better for you, but it’s gotten worse for the 65,844,610 who voted against Donald Trump.
