All in my mind? Really? Do I have to go back through various posters’ birther insinuations or outright statements to prove otherwise? Do I have to go back through your posts?
 
Birtherism is not a cause of dislike of Obama. That is in your mind.

I had have many reasons to dislike Obama, birtherism is not one of them.

You put way too much emphasis on birtherism.

birtherism IS a sign of dislike of Obama.

Why else this insistence that something is wrong with the birth certificate even now, a year and half after he’s left office? And I bet my response will get links to some alternatives facts on an obscure conspiracy site with proof.
 
After the trade war escalates and people start losing there jobs or start paying more when they go to the grocery store, even some Trump voters will probably start having fond memories of Obama.
 
Has it gotten worse for those who voted against Trump for that reason only? Because everything is so much better since Trump took office so outside of sour grapes I cannot think of a reason why it would be worse for them.
 
Seriously, I don’t think anything would give me fond memories of Barack Obama. He is history like G. W. Bush and Bill Clinton.
 
CD45, I think I notice a change in you. It’s more of let’s see how this turns out. I like that. I hope and pray it turns out well for our country. You are part of the country so I hope it all turns out well for you, too! They probably won’t overturn Roe v Wade, we probably won’t have trade wars.

But why do you say Trump is an embarrassment to all who play by the rules? This does not compute. Can you be more specific? I think he has played by the rules…
 
That’s not true. EVERYONE got a tax cut… jobs are roaring back… not just for Trump supporters. Not just for whites, not just for males…
 
Did you ever watch Perry Mason? Any detective show? If so, then you would know the draw of the birtherism. It has nothing to do with President Obama (except his name is on it). If it had YOUR name on it, it would still be of extreme interest because of the glaring errors. Sorry. I don’t hate President Obama. But I used to LOVE Perry Mason…

I have no idea how this poll was conducted but assuming it is accurate, and I do, it says a lot more about Americans than it does Obama’s performance in the White House.
 
Jeanne, I respect your comment, but just curious what you find "everything better’ about Trump? It is veryt hard for me to understand what is good about Trump.
If I may give my opinion – is that he is a big bully. Trump does not play be the rules. Heck, any president, if he didn’t care about America, the world leaders, would storm his way through whatever he feels like doing. Trump insults everyone he doesn’t like and that is not being a good leader. He plays his con game with just about everyone.
