Yes he is. If you want a latin mass, you might as well go all the way with the tlm rather than the NO in latin. Its pointless to do the NO in latin. Are you talking about the TLM here?

When you reject councils you put yourself into schism. SSPX reject VII so they are in Schism. The SSPX is not a separate church… They are a Roman Catholic fraternity of priests who have been disobiedient to the Pope, but not in schism.
Why would God not want us to enjoy the CELEBRATION of the eucharist? That sound odd to me, i mean to an extend where it’s abusive, i mean not video games in mass or anything like that(those are very annoying especially cell phones) I mean enjoying and celebrating with Jesus( not like a party well kind of but with all the rules) singing, serving Him(like for example altar serving or EMHC) I mean we should be celebrating but in a reverant way. Do you follow me? Like not blasting music and everything but reverantly celebrating with Him. “This is the Day the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad”Think about what you said here, Podo, think long and hard. Your reason that you wouldn’t like the Traditional Mass if you ever assisted at It is that you wouldn’t enjoy It. Do you really associate Holy Mass and your amusement and enjoyment like that? What would happen if the Normative Mass loses your interest and you cease to enjoy yourself?
It’s perfectly fine to enjoy yourself at Holy Mass in the sense that you come away happy and content, but it’s not OK to make that a requirement for any Mass.
Thanks Jimmy, that IS what I mean too: The intent of V.II was that the NO be said totally in latin, OVER the vernacular: such is the case for example with the NO the Opus Dei priests offer, which is VERY BEUTIFUL: and THEY for example follow what Pope Paul VI originally intended by “NO.”Yes he is. If you want a latin mass, you might as well go all the way with the tlm rather than the NO in latin. Its pointless to do the NO in latin.
I confused my topic… I mean 1000 people per Mass not per sunday. Since each sunday there are about three Masses that would mean 300 people. I live in detroit here and I haven’t ever seen parishes that big in the USA[but in Poland yes]I’ve got to say that you need to come to my diocese. Even under the old bishop and even in the wacky churches, most churches get at least 1000 people for their weekend masses. In my county we get a whole lot more and the churches have many masses some of which are standing room only if you show up late. Of course, I’m sure in a rural area you’re not going to have the same turn out. When I was in southeast Nebraska, the church we attended was full but there were fewer masses. There were only 3,000 people in the entire vicinity and I’m sure they weren’t all Catholics.
Nope not really… The SSPX had said the same things before and after the Episcopal Consecrations of ABP. Lefevbre. They were excommunicated for the consecrations and not anything else. Schismatic and hereticarejection of Vatican IIl are two different things. When you reject councils you put yourself into schism. SSPX reject VII so they are in Schism.
Then the TLM is more joyful!!!Why would God not want us to enjoy the CELEBRATION of the eucharist? Trust me the No mass wouldn’t lose my interest, it would do that to younger children who don’t understand
The way you talk is as if you are nothing when you go into mass and everything is higher than you. God Is with us, let us rejoice and be glad!
Podo(wow, got that over with)
No it proves that the No. Mass is more joyfulThen the TLM is more joyful!!!
psalm at the beginning of the TLM[psalm 42]
I will go onto the altar of God,to God, who is my joy since my youth!..
I will praise him with harp…
Expand yourself and your statements man, especially your first sentence. No it proves that the No. Mass is more joyful
Different people have different opinions
Podo
well i said It makes you feel like nothing when you go into a TLM because everything else seems higher than you, in the Novus Ordo mass you feel joyful because God is present everywhere, not just at the altar. It makes you feel joyful.Expand yourself and your statements man, especially your first sentence.
I also reject Vatican III, since it has not occured.Nope not really… The SSPX had said the same things before and after the Episcopal Consecrations of ABP. Lefevbre. They were excommunicated for the consecrations and not anything else. Schismatic and heretica[rejection of Vatican IIl are two different things.
They ommited alot from the NO mass. I really like the last gospel. Then the TLM is more joyful!!!

It was omitted from the NO Mass![]()
God is higher than you, and you should acknowledge it.well i said It makes you feel like nothing when you go into a TLM because everything else seems higher than you, in the Novus Ordo mass you feel joyful because God is present everywhere, not just at the altar. It makes you feel joyful.
Try to listen katolik and maybe you will make sense next time
Podo
I’ve never been to an SSPX Mass in my life… Well every Catholic has to accept Vatican II as an ecumenical council, duhI also reject Vatican III, since it has not occured.
So your saying that you, as an SSPXer accept the Vatican II council?
He may be higher than me, doesn’t mean he isn’t around us. The TLM is like God is up there and we are down here like nothing. It’s like saying God is higher than you and you are nothing. God is alive in all of us doing many wonderous things everyday through us.God is higher than you, and you should acknowledge it.
Have you ever been to a tlm? If not, then how can you criticize it?
You should also acknowledge that God is present everywhere not just a an altarGod is higher than you, and you should acknowledge it.
Have you ever been to a tlm? If not, then how can you criticize it?
And your point is? No one says hes not.You should also acknowledge that God is present everywhere not just a an altar
Podo
I said Vatican III(3) I do not accept.I’ve never been to an SSPX Mass in my life… Well every Catholic has to accept Vatican II as an ecumenical council, duh
God is higher than us, and we are basicly nothing. He is infinately greater than us. We have sinned many times, which makes us even more nothing. We are to worship God, not just say “hey God your great”.He may be higher than me, doesn’t mean he isn’t around us. The TLM is like God is up there and we are down here like nothing. It’s like saying God is higher than you and you are nothing. God is alive in all of us doing many wonderous things everyday through us.
Podo
They do accept the Council but accuse it with giving weakly, one sidedly, and confusedly defining the Faith.I said Vatican III(3) I do not accept.
Do the SSPX accept the Vatican II, I didn’t think they did?
