Dear friend
There is nothing wrong with you, you are indeed like all the rest of us who find some cycle of sin hard to break, we are born into a sinful and broken humanity and body and only through the Sacrament of Baptism are we freed from the largest sin which is original sin, now dear friend, don’t think for one minute there is psychologically anything wrong with you, because there isn’t, THIS IS YOUR CROSS…this is the thing you have to bear and struggle with and offer up as a suffering to God your Father to help you with.
You are in my prayers and keep me in yours, if you will, for the sins I commit as a force of habit. Sin breeds sin, dear friend and mostly it is habitual, not a matter for counselling, but a matter for graces from God our Father to resolve.
