Please pray for my brother Mickey II

Loving God,

We lift our intentions today for healing and comfort for Mickey, and ask for your mercy, blessings, and courage to be with Mickey and the family members. Please grant Mickey relief from his pain and guide the work of the doctors and medical staff who tend to him at this time, in accordance with your Holy and perfect will. Please help him to be strong and persevere, and send your comforting and consoling Holy Spirit to be with Mickey in this time of trial. Please also comfort the family members and friends who care so much for Mickey and worry for him in his time of great suffering.

We pray in the name of your beloved son Jesus, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God forever and ever.

Update: Visited Mickey in the hospital yesterday. He was upbeat and eating very well. Looks like he put on some weight. After surviving 9 operations in the last year and a half his doctor says he is “indestructible”. We had a good laugh over that.

Make use I implore you Saint Jude, of that particular privilege accorded to you,
To bring visible and speedy help, where help is despaired of.
Come to his assistance in this great need,
that he may receive the consolations and succor of Heaven,
in all his necessities tribulations and sufferings.
And that he may bless God with you and the elect forever.
