Praying for you and John Cassie…

O Lord, Holy Father, omnipotent and eternal God, I give You thanks and I bless Your holy name. I know I’m a poor miserable sinner but hear a cause that is just, pay heed to my cry, turn your ear to my prayer, no deceit is on my lips. Amen

Continued prayers for your intentions….

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

Our Father, who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy name; Thy Kingdom come; Thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with Thee. Blessed art Thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of Thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now, and at the hour of our death. Amen.

O my Jesus, forgive us our sins. Save us from the fires of Hell; lead all souls into Heaven, especially those in most need of Thy mercy. Amen.

Lord Jesus, hear my prayer, listen to my cry for help. Amen

“If God brings it to you- God will bring you through it.”

Since my first thread has been closed I decided to open a new one. Thank you all for being on this journey with me with your prayers and words of encouragement and hope.

Our niece is doing better and they have removed the tubes from her. Both John and I are very thankful for this.

For those of you who have followed my first thread, John and I continue to get along and he is thinking about getting work closer to home. I don’t know what that means for our relationship since we are divorced, but I am letting God handle it. My emotions continue on a roller coaster ride, but not so many lows anymore. When I have a bad day I spend extra time in prayer because it helps.

I will continue to pray for all intentions posted on here, may God bless you!
You’re in my prayers. May God bless you abundantly and lead you according to His will.

Thank you all for your continued prayers!

John will be coming home on Tuesday. I am nervous and excited about seeing him again. John and the boys will be staying at the house since we both still own it. John has told me that he still loves me but is afraid of starting over again with me. I am praying that God will guide us through this if this is the path we are suppose to take. If not I know that I can move on without John, but it will be hard, I still love him very much.

I also ask that you keep my mother in your prayers, she is having surgery the day after Thanksgiving. She is having an abdominal hysterectomy and the doctors do not know if the cells are cancerous or not until they remove it. She is scared, but is maintaining a positive attitude. I do not live far from where she is going to have the surgery and my other siblings live in the same town as her so she will have family around. Cancer runs on both sides of my family so I am also concerned about myself, but I know that God is with me and my mother. Whatever comes along we know that we are not alone.

Thank you in advance for your prayers, they continue to help me and my family.

Thank you all for your continued prayers!

My mother’s surgery went well and they did not find any cancer. She is relieved and thankful. I spent Thanksgiving with my family and it was very nice.

John is home along with two of the boys. We have been spending time together and it is going along well. John and the boys spent Thanksgiving with John’s family and they had a good time.

It sounds like John will be leaving after the first of the year again. He will not be so far away, but he still will be gone. He has been having persisent problems with his back and is going in on Monday to see what can be done. He doesn’t have feeling in his right foot most of the time and it worries him. I pray that he will find a doctor that will help him.

I continue to pray for our relationship. I know that God is watching over us and continues to be with us. This past couple of years has been hard on the both of us and I pray that God will help us find peace and happiness.

May the Lord continue to be with all.

Hello Cassie,

Sorry I haven’t appeared on the board for a while longer than usual: college has been hectic over the past ten days, deadlines flying around like there’s no tomorrow. Thank you for the update: I’m so glad your mom’s okay and that you’ve got to spend a little time with John and two of your sons. 😃 I hope John’s physical pains ease, with God sending help through a good practitioner. I’m praying for all your intentions and remember you at Mass every Sunday.

Remember to take time to reflect this Advent: you’ve all had a busy year. I hope that you’ll all feel Christ’s presence even more at this time, especially anyone who needs a bit of extra help. 🙂

Warmest wishes and God bless,
Siobhán.

Thank you all for your prayers!

I am continuing to turn to God for help with my relationship with John. John continues to have contact with the other woman even though he told me that they broke up. He has helped her out by wiring her money and talks to her everyday. I am confused and scared of what is happening. John said he loves me but also cares for her a great deal, I’m not sure how much more I can handle. I have made an appointment with my therapist again because I need some help. I love John very much and I know that I cannot control his actions, but what he does still hurts me. He knows that I know that he still is in contact with the other woman, but he also made the choice not to bring her back home. She got very upset with him that he talks to me all the time and that he won’t kick me out of our house. I believe John has conflicting emotions right now and as I have posted earlier suffers from depression or bipolar disorder. I know that admist all of what is going on with him he does love me but I have to admit there are times when I just don’t know if I can keep going with this relationship. I am trusting in the Lord that He will continue to guide me even through the tough times. I am also praying for John because I know that he is a good and kind-hearted man and right now is suffering mentally and emotionally. I continue to be his friend and support him and try and not let him see how much his actions hurt me sometimes because it will make him feel worse, ( it’s happened before).

I know that there are many on this forum that have more serious problems than mine, I will be keeping all of you in my prayers. May God Bless!
