We ask your prayers, St. Joseph, an upright man, a spouse who planned to divorce Mary in secret and who by God’s grace was able to see his role in God’s plan.

We ask you in our behalf to pray to God that our marriage be healed. We are enveloped in pain and despair as you must have been when you learned of Mary’s pregnancy. Be for and with us, Joseph, in our hour of doubt. Let us listen to and heed the voice of God as you did.

Be our intercessor to your Jesus, to give us the blessings to change, to listen, to forgive and most of all to hope that our marriage will heal and our family remain whole and holy.

We give you honor, quiet St. Joseph, for you are a spouse like us, who while knowing pain, did not divorce. By God’s grace you nourished the Holy Family and the Savior of all families throughout the ages.
Amen.

My prayer for:
Steve and Renata
Cassie and her husband
Judi and her husband
Grandma Glor and her husband
Beautiful prayer Renata! Praying along with you for all mentioned above…

Indeed great prayer Renata , may God hear our prayers through the great intercession of Saint Joseph , merciful protector of the Holy Family .
I’ll keep in my prayers Cassie , Renata , Judi , Grandmother Glor and their husbands , all CAF members passing through hard times in marriage .
Father bring peace and calm to their home , heal their relationship.
Enable them to talk and share and help them to move forward one step at a time in Your strength and by Your grace .
In Jesus’ Name, I pray. Amen.

Thank you renata, simon x and AnneMary for your continued prayers! I continue to believe that this marriage will heal and we will be stronger as a couple than we were before. I keep praying that the Lord will be with my husband and help him. I am still waiting for test results to get back from the doctor, it is a little nerve racking, but I am ready to accept whatever may come my way.

I have learned through all of this that nothing is impossible with God. I sometimes falter and let negativity creep into my thoughts but I turn to God for help and He hasn’t let me down. I keep trying to think positive thoughts and can see my husband and I growing old together. I will continue to believe that we can heal even though it is very hard at times. I thank you again for all your prayers. May the Lord bless you!

Thank you nahbios,po18guy and Gywn for your continued prayers. I continue to pray for my husband and our marriage. I sometimes have weak moments and cry, but I struggle through them and go on and pray.

I got the test results back from the doctor today and I have an appointment to go over the options I have to cure what is wrong with me. As of right now it does not appear that I have cancer, thank the Lord! I told my husband about what I found out and he is still concerned for me because he knows what I am going through is hard.

Praying for all who are going through similar marriage problems, may the Lord continue to be with you!

First Praise the Lord!
Cassie thank you for your update although I read it late because I’m not able as often as I want. But you can be sure that you and your husband are always in my daily prayer.
I will pray for your health as well.

Lord Jesus, we know that Your yoke is easy and Your burden light. Look with great love upon cassie as she continues to bear her cross of health and marriage. Walk with her, strengthening her to take each step, even though she knows not where it will lead. Graciously grant her an increased faith and love of You, which will draw her ever nearer to You, both in this life, and for all eternity. I ask this through Your Heavenly, Holy and Eternal Name. Amen! Alleluia!

Thank you simon x, wina, renata and po18guy for your continued prayers. I know the Lord is listening to all of you and continues to be with me and my husband.

I went to the doctor today and am currently on anitdepressants and will go back in three weeks to see if they are helping me any. They also did some more tests which I will not know the results until Monday or Tuesday of next week. I am trying not to worry so much because I know that the Lord will not give me anything more than I can handle and that He will always be with me.

I talked to my husband tonight and he is hopeful that the antidepressants will help me. I was looking to fly out to him for Thanksgiving but today he started working 12-14 hours a day and will be working 7 days a week for 6 weeks so I would not get to spend any time with him. I still have great concern for his health and all of this working will burn him out. I pray everyday that the Lord watch over him and keep him safe. After his six weeks he said he will probably get laid off and come home. I am praying that it will happen because I miss him so much and it is hard trying to repair a marriage when we are this far apart. I know this could change but I am praying that it won’t. I talked to our oldest son ( my stepson) and he will be coming home for Christmas which will be nice. He is currently in the Army and will possibly be deployed to Afghanistan the beginning of next year which makes me nervous and concerned for his welfare. Please keep him in your prayers also that he may be kept safe while he is overseas.

I feel that telling all of you thank you for your continued prayers isn’t enough sometimes because of what they do. Your prayers give me hope, faith and courage to go through each and every day. I can’t imagine what or where I might be now without prayer and without God in my life. I continue to have hope and faith that this marriage will be reconciled and that my husband will come home.

May the Lord Bless You!

I will pray for continued endurance for your husband and for you. I pray the medicine helps regulates things for you. I will pray for your stepson, what a sacrifice he is making for our country. I am so glad to hear that you are still standing and positive about the different things going on in your life. As aways, stay strong.

Cassie, thank you for the update. You and your husband are always in my prayer

Cassie, keeping you and your whole family in prayers, especially at Sunday Mass… God Bless, take care…

Thank you rebusrms, wina and simon x for your prayers. I had a tough morning feeling depressed and crying a lot. I sometimes wonder how much more I can take but I continue to know that the Lord is with me and my husband during this very difficult time. I know there are many of you that are praying for us and I know that the Lord hears you and that I have to be patient. I pray that the medication will help me at least go through the day and find something that I enjoy, right now it is hard.

I am thankful that my husband and I can talk like we do and that we still love each other. He still thinks that I cannot forgive him, but I have I just wish that he were closer so we could work on this marriage. Right now he sees this other woman every day because of work and I am praying that he will find work closer to home and that she might see how much I still love him and care for him and not pursue the relationship. I know that’s a lot of wishing so I will keep praying for my husband, myself and her and that Lord will be with all of us and guide us. I don’t know what else to do.

I continue to pray for others that are in a similar situation for I know I am not the only one, may the Lord be with you all.

Cassie dear, please keep your faith strong, many of us here are always pray for you and your husband

Hi Cassie , you and your family are in my daily Rosary prayer intention .
I’m sorry to hear about your hard time and sufferings in your marriage .
Heavenly Father, in the Name of Jesus, I lift Cassie and her husband to You in prayers . Lord grant a near home work for Cassie’s husband , remove any obstacles in the path of this marriage , give them strenght and heal them both from depression .
Lord, nothing or none shall seperate the ones that You united.
For your greater Glory , Amen

Thank you wina and AnneMary for your prayers, I really needed them today!

I had a breakdown at work, it was awful. I managed to tell them I wasn’t feeling well before the tears started to flow. I cried all the way home and on the phone with my husband. I don’t know what to do except pray and pray hard. I hate feeling like this. I know that the antidepressants will take a little time for me to start feeling the effects so this in between time is very hard.

I pray that my husband will come home and that he will choose our marriage over this other relationship. I know that God has a plan for each and everyone of us, but this is so hard for me. I have support from my husband’s family which I rely on alot, I don’t know how I will ever repay them. I also have all of you here at CAF who have given me much support which I am so thankful for.

Please keep us in your prayers. I will be talking to my husband later tonight about what happened today and where our relationship is going from here. I pray that God will be with both of us. I continue to have hope and faith that this marriage will be healed. May God Bless You!
