Please Pray for my Husband

Continuing to pray, Cassie. Lord enfold Cassie and her husband in your love, unite them once more through yourself. Grant them your grace and mercy and everything they need, just for today. Amen

Thank you all for your continued prayers! I have been having a difficult time since John came home so I have not been here at the forum until now, I apoligize. You are all such wonderful people and I am truly humbled that you would pray for John, me and our marriage.

John went to the doctor and is now on medication for bipolar disorder, something that we thought he had. I am happy that he has gotten help and I thank God because I know He had a hand in this. Our marriage is still heading for divorce, but I am not giving up, no final papers are signed, etc… We have had some good talks about what we each want in life, but I also know that the other woman is still very much in John’s life too, leaving messages on his cell phone and John calling her everyday, but I am not here to judge. I have forgiven him. The evil one still tries invade my thoughts and actions sometimes, but I have turned to God and He has taken care of me.

John still loves me, that I know. He doesn’t want to hurt me and we are trying very hard to sort this mess out and still remain friends. I am going to see a therapist on Monday, which I hope will help. The holiday season has been hard on me and I have not felt real good. I am planning to have my best smile on tonight as we celebrate the birth of Jesus at my in-laws. I am still praying for a Christmas miracle, but I know that many of my prayers have already been answered and thank God for them.

We are all praying for a Christmas miracle, my dear. I am so glad to hear that you are going to see a therapist soon. I pray that the sessions can be a blessing to you in such a special way. As you probably already know therapy isn’t going to be easy but it is well worth the work. it takes time but it produces such a special place of contentment. After several years of work I have changed from a severe cutter with suicidal idealizations to someone who just plain glum. 🙂 No I am becoming content in my own skin. I so admire you and how you are handling all this. It might not feeling like you handling this well but trust me you are. Don’t give up on your marriage but also remember to be realistic about what John is willing to do, Sometime free will in others sucks. Fear not I believe all of us will not only continue to pray for you but also pray for rest of spirit for John.

My dear friend. I continue to keep you in my prayers. I admire your strength and courage and Faith…When I went through my divorce therapy helped me tremendously. Please pour out your blessings and grace upon Cassie and her husband. Bind them together in your love. Guide and direct them in your truth. Strengthen them, encourage them, comfort them and grant them peace.
