The thing about terror attacks by minorities is that it’s not as simple as saying the majority group did x more.
For instance, imagine that people named Bob made up 50% of the population. All things being even, you would imagine that 50% of the crime committed was committed by someone named Bob.
Now, imagine that people named Cleria made up 0.1% of the population. But, if they made up 1% of the crime committed by the total population, that’s an issue. It means those named Cleria are 10 times more likely to commit crime than should be expected.
