You are referring to the *Sonnini Manuscript . *It first appeared in 1871 and purports to tell about Paul preaching the Gospel in Britain to a tribe of Israelites ,strangely enough on the exact same spot where St Paul’s Cathedral stands today. It is known to be a fraud for a variety of reasons-most importantly that there is no mention of an Acts 29 in any writings whatsoever in the 1871 years before it suddenly appears nor is there any record of Jews living in Britain in the first century AD. So unless they quickly sailed to the New Works(which i guess would validate some for the Book of Mormon) it is a total fraud.

Lavazza I checked back at your posts. Just about everyone one of them is full of anti-Catholic nonsense. You are not fooling anyone.

Not to mention you really need to check your sources for information because there never was a woman pope. That whole story is a myth. There was no “wheeling and dealing” with Nazis, the only “banking scandal” I can even fathom you’re referring to is the Knights Templar which was hardly scandolous unless you are reading the legends and not history. You’re out of your mind. Remember the “Nicene Creed?” That’s what Nicea (325 AD) was about. The Emperor Marcian’s grandfather was toddling around in diapers at the time (if they used diapers back then - I don’t know).

The pope has no right to say that. I am a catholic, and have had 16 years of catholic education to boot. The catholic church is not the ONLY true church, There are many other churches that have manycorrect views. If you want to get down to it, most of our laws are man made, jseus never said many of those things… If you want we can start with confession. If these things you have said about yourself are true, then you are not Catholic. you may have been born into it, and had a Catholic education (that’s great) but if you do not accept the Magesterium of the church, then you are a protestant.

You are not alone. There are a lot of people who say they are Catholic, or believe they are, but are really protestant because they reject teachings of the Church.

I am curious about your statement “you get your ideas from Paul’s writings”. Do you mean that Paul’s writings are somehow not consistent with the teaching of Jesus Christ? Do you think that anyone and everyone should take communion, even if they are in a state of mortal sin?

I went to Mount Alvernia for grammer school. Catholic Memerial, for high school. Notre Dame for college. As far as the pope goes, lets look at the history of the popes. lets start with Pope John 8Th. Was a woman, interesting? They found out when she was having a baby. Or the other popes that sold out the church for money. The married popes? What about the Pope Pius XII?

They are human just like us. Some good some bad. i would say in the last 150 years, Only one pope, that had the mind and heart of jesus. John Paul 2.
