No it doesn’t matter in and of itself I suppose; its just another sad testament to the divisions in the Church…Does it matter?
Yes it is sad. I asked if there was anything the Pope was missing out on, my apologies if I seemed rude.No it doesn’t matter in and of itself I suppose; its just another sad testament to the divisions in the Church…
source: newadvent.org/cathen/10298a.htmThe edict of toleration of Constantine and Licinius (313) was agreed on and published at Milan.
Because the city is home to the Serbian Orthodox Church which is holding an Ecumenical Assembly of Christian Churches in honor of the signing, and apparently…the Pope’s not invited. Why would his Holiness go to Nis to celebrate an edict that took place in Milan?

If I was the Pope, I would be in Milan commemorating the anniversary where the event actually took place.I mean I agree with you, I shared the link as I said in a previous post more to highlight the sad divisions in the church and outright animosity, its very disheartening to me.If I was the Pope, I would be in Milan commemorating the anniversary where the event actually took place.
