I might well make them more immoral. I know the Holy Father spoke directly to the failures of the leaders and bishops while in Mexico.

Whatever you want to label it, it’s not wrong to say, let’s solve our own problems first and then look at what we can do for others; let’s make sure the laws are enforced and then see what we can do to help. Even if you look at spiritually, it’s impossible for a person to help others unless he’s already spiritually safe and sound. It’s not possible in spiritual or temporal matters to take care of others before we take care of ourself.
 
If I have it correct, when the Pontiff prayed at the Border for migrants, His intentions were for those who died crossing the border and all of the hardships they face.

Crime is going to exist extensively per smuggling people, contraband, drugs and so forth and that part the US can not easily be involved with in any way.
