It would be if the abortions were forced, as they were in China. Even today there are places nations with racist policies force abortions to accomplish those policies. That is not the case the US. The fact that 1/3 of the abortions are of blacks is because of the choices being made by the blacks.and 1/3rd of abortions are of African Americans. Sounds pretty racist.
