Thank the Lord that Elsa is at home and recovering well. The tests reveal no heart problem, only the combination of stress and the virus. All of this was made possible due to your heartfelt and fervent prayers. Neighbors and friends have brought enough prepared food for several days! May God richly bless all of you, both in this life and in the next. Amen!

Jim I pray God heals you and all you love like he healed me and that you are cancer free and that you have a long and prosperous live to pray for all in need that he provides me with half yopur faith so that I can help someone like you help so many, I pray you are given an abundance of gods gifts all of his favor and that he touches you with healing and grace every day, in Jesus name amen

Wednesday is the follow up PET scan. I am looking forward to drinking a refreshing 1.5 liters of school paste (barium sulphate) which they euphemistically call “contrast”. The only “contrast” that I can see is that between the barium sulphate and something that is actually palatable. I will also be intravenously injected with glucose that is irradiated to the point that I cannot be near children or pregnant mothers for that day! I will not know the results of the scan until my appointment with the doctor on February 9th.

For the umpteenth time, I thank and praise God for sending faithful prayer warriors on my behalf. Father in Heaven, Your will be done. Amen!
 
Yuck. I don’t envy you the barium meal. I ask the Lord that all you’ve endured and still to come, will be prayer for all who are also fighting cancer.
Please God, the results of the scan will be joyful.
