Not sure where to post this, but we found out just recently that my niece (11 years old) is in critical condition in the hospital. Started off with a mild fever last Thursday. Didn’t wake up the next morning(unconscious) with very high fever (105+). Doctors have determined that her kidneys are failing. They can’t do dialysis till the fever goes down. Doctors say it’s a very grave situation. Very innocent, good little girl. Thanks.

I kind of need some prayers … tomorrow I am off to a neurologist for a consultation - while there’s nothing new that she can tell me in terms of conditions (God willing), I’m still a little freaked out and nervous about seeing a neuro in the first place. 😦

Please pray for my best friend and her 17 year old daughter. She just found out her daughter is pregnant.

My best friend was a teen mom herself and did everything possible to give her daughter everything in life. She’s an A student, a talented dancer and was planning on college next fall. She’s such a good kid.

The family is heart broken but is doing their best to give her support for the difficult road she will have ahead.
 
Please pray for my sister and her husband. They just found out my sister is pregnant via IVF. They do not yet know how many babies there are, and may be faced with the possibility of aborting some of them. Please pray that they come to know God’s will, and that if there are more than 3 babies, they have the strength and courage to do what is right. Please also pray for me and the rest of my family. I am trying to be happy for them because they have wanted to have babies for so long, but at the same time I cannot help but be saddened by their choices.

My family and I are going on our first family vacation together.
If you would be so kind, please pray for our safety in traveling. I am a worry wart and just want a peaceful trip. 🙂

Please pray for Shannon Rider, 40 yr old mother of 3 teens, diagnosed with breast cancer that has spread to other areas. She has developed a rare type of pnemunia and the doctors are not sure if the cancer has spread to her liver… she has been in the hospital for 2 months now.

Shannon and I met years ago when we shared a Holy Hour at the Adoration Chapel… she is one of the best Catholics, mother, daughter, wife, sister and friend that Ive ever known.

I am so heart sick over this news…

Id like to lift her up to our Heavenly Father, and ask that He grant her the special strengh and fortitude that it takes to overcome this horrible sickness… And for her family - espeically her 2 daughters whom she was so close to - I pray that this family is bound to the Sacred and Immaculate Hearts of Jesus and Mary.

Please Father God, hear my prayer for my special friend.

A small upate from my visit to the neurologist: she noticed something off in my bloodwork, and has speculated on a couple of things that might be wrong. I’ve had to have more bloodwork done and some other tests to see what’s coming out of me. While there is nothing life-threateningly serious that she thinks is wrong, there is still several things that are life-time illnesses that could be wrong. Once she is done analyzing the results of the various tests she should have a clearer picture.

Please pray for her as she analyzes my stuffs and may God illuminate her as to what is wrong with me.

I do appreciate the prayers - the last few days have been amazing in terms of my relationship with God. I am just overwhelmed by it all. Thank you Father, thank you. :bowdown:

Also, this Sunday I will become a Benedictine Oblate Candidate. Please pray for me that I will continue to know God’s will in my life and that I can be able to serve Him always.
