Please pray for my mother as she undergoes surgery on Thursday (Feb1st) to remove a malignant tumor. She’s 80 and her bp is iffy.

As well as the repose of my dear niece Danielle.

Thanks.

Please keep your prayers going for my best friend’s mother.
They finally have a diagnosis for her and are able to treat her symptoms accordingly now. She has a very long and hard road ahead of her for recovery, but my friend told me that the prayers are definitely working.

On behalf of her father and family, thank you so much. It is truly appreciated.

I will pray for all intentions posted as well.

God Bless,
Lisa

I received a call from the father of my dear friend, and coworker just a few hours ago to tell me that her husband was killed today in a tragic accident. They have two beautiful little boys, 4 and 5 years old, she, my coworker, is only 29. I am broken, but my place is to be strong, I pray that God guides me in my words in actions to help her during this time. Please God, help me to be wise, and to know what steps I need to take. I pray for her, and her strength, that she takes care of herself… Help her to survive this, to get through this, and not lose her spirt… Her spirt and her faith. Help her to take care of herself, and to breath, and help her to just be able to sleep, and function. Please help us all who love her to be there in the best way that she needs us. I ask for prayers from the posters here and my dear friends, I know all of your prayers count for something. My friend has a heart that is so beautiful, and a spirt that is contagious, pray that she doesn’t lose this, and that God’s grace helps her to learn to manage her grief, and doesn’t break her she has been through so much lately.
It has been almost two months since this happend. My friend is broken and needs the Grace of God to keep her going. The strength she has recieved from her faith thus far has helped her to function, but, it is so hard for her. Please pray for her, and her two little boys who are lost without their father. Pray for her in laws too, they are suffering so much because of the loss of their son, and are being self distructive.

Please pray for the mother of my priest, she has been in the hospital over the last week. Her body is very slowly shutting down. Please pray for him and his family. They lost their father, her husband a year ago from the same thing.

hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come,
your will be done
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
Forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from the evil one’

For my son in law’s cousin Roland and his wife Aimee, who’s baby died today. Austin was born on Tuesday, The delivery got very complicated and Aimee began hemorrhaging. They could not get the baby delivered quick enough and baby Austin was delivered with sever brain damage due to the hemorrhage. He was declared brain dead, but lived until today.

Dear Lisa
I am praying for best friend’s mother (and all other’s on this thread). If it’s any consulation the shocks are not painful. I’ve been shocked. If you need to be shocked you would be unconscious so you won’t feel it. I actually did feel my body jump on the table but I did not feel pain. It is scary because it takes your breath away and you gasp for air for a little while which is frighteneing especially when your just coming to, but the shock takes place when the person is passed out so she should feel no pain.

I pray that she won’t need anymore and she makes a full recovery, but I just wanted to let you know it doesn’t hurt.

I’ll be having exam on 5 & 9 Feb, please pray that I can prepare well and will do well in the examination. Hopefully, I will graduate next semester. Thanks.
God Bless,
Vincent

Pray for my girl friend Edith that she be brought into the fullness of the Catholic Church.

For her best friend Camille who is Catholic that her faith be strengthened. (I can’t speak much of her faith other than she is really happy I am a Catholic. To hear Edith talk it seems her faith is a Sunday, Christmas and Easter thing. Although that could just be Camille trying not to be a “used car salesmen for the church.”) Still it can never heart.

My friend Suzanna that her faith be strengthened. For my friend and fellow RCIA-er. That he will start taking the faith a little more seriously.

Finally that my own faith be strengthened. An if I’m not meant to be with Edith, that it be as painless as possible an I soon find someone else. (God knows who I need and my taste/interest. I’m sure he’ll do what is best for me).

Still for better or worse I do wish to marry Edith (Everyone who knows us both says we are made for each other). But recognize HIS soverignty in all things.

Even when I don’t like it… :crying:

His will be done :gopray:
