Oh Mother of Perpetual Help, grant that I may ever invoke your powerful name, the protection of the living and the salvation of the dying. Purest Mary, let your name henceforth be ever on my lips. Delay not, Blessed Lady, to rescue me whenever I call on you. In my temptations, in my needs, I will never cease to call on you, ever repeating your sacred name, Mary, Mary. What a consolation, what sweetness, what confidence fills my soul when I utter your sacred name or even only think of you! I thank the Lord for having given you so sweet, so powerful, so lovely a name. But I will not be content with merely uttering your name. Let my love for you prompt me ever to hail you Mother of Perpetual Help. Mother of Perpetual Help, pray for me and grant me the favor I confidently ask of you.To pray for the healing of Frank and that he may not suffer or fear,that his family will unite together and that God’s will be done

Lord Jesus Christ,
I’m upset and disturbed,
and I pray that You will grant me
the grace of inner Peace.
As You commanded the storm winds at sea to be calm,
command the storms in my life to be calmed.
Give me the patience I need
to cope with the burdens and anxieties of my life.
Grant me the strength to better deal with my problems,
and the understanding to be more tolerant
and kind to others.
Teach me to seek after Your will
which alone brings peace of mind
and peace of heart.

and to endure our sufferings.
You went about healing all
and bringing comfort
to those in pain and need.

in this time of illness

and in your suffering
that through them
we may draw our patience and hope.
Assist us and restore us to health
so that united more closely
to your family, the Church,

Thanks to all of you who are fervently praying for my brother & I. He is about the same.

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thine intercession was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins, my mother; to thee do I come, before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer me.

To you Blessed Mother do I come. You watched your Son go through such agony. You know what it’s like. I ask you to comfort my brother with your presence & to "pray for us sinners, now & at the hour of our death."

Heavenly Father, please help my brother to feel Your mercy & Your forgiveness. Teach us all to watch and pray, that when Your summons comes for our departure from this world, we may go forth to meet You, experience a merciful judgment, and rejoice in everlasting happiness. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.

PRAYER FOR
A HAPPY DEATH
Most Holy Mary, Mother all-good and all-loving,
when I remember my sins and think of the moment of death,
I tremble and scarcely know where to turn.
But my hope is in the Blood of Jesus Christ
and thy powerful intercession,
O my loving Mother.

Comforter of the afflicted,
be with me in that hour,
console me in that great affliction.
If even now the remorse over my sins,
the uncertainty of pardon,
the danger of relapse,
and the rigor of Divine Justice so frighten me,
how will it be with me then?

Ah my Lady, obtain for me before death comes
a deep sorrow for my sins, true amendment,
and fidelity to God for the remainder of my days.

And when at last the hour of death arrives,
O Mary my hope, help me in that terrible anguish
in which I will find myself.
Strengthen me against despair over the remembrance of my sins,
which the devil will call up before me.

Obtain for me the grace to call upon thee over and over in that dread hour,
so that I may die with thy name
and the name of thy most holy Son on my lips.
Thou hast granted this grace to so many of thy clients.
I too desire it and hope for it.
