Jesus is my Savior not my religion.
Religion vs Relationship With Jesus Christ

Religion can be very different than having a Relationship with God through Jesus Christ. Religions are man made, and are based on trying to get to God through rules and regulations and works. Man made religions all are based on people’s efforts at reaching God and being made right with Him through their own efforts. God’s plan for man’s salvation and for being right with Him is told throughout the Bible, in the Old Testament and the New Testament. God’s plan is not based on people’s efforts and good works, but is based on His amazing Love and amazing Grace for us; His plan involved His precious Son Jesus paying the price and cost for our sins on the cross. You need to put ALL of your trust and faith in Jesus and in what He did for us on the cross, and not in any religion or in your own efforts. Simply put all of your trust and faith in Jesus, and accept His gift of salvation and eternal life, and experience the joy of having a right RELATIONSHIP of love with God. Galatians 2:19 “For through the law I died to the law so that I might live for God.( 20) I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. (21) I do not set aside the grace of God, for if righteousness could be gained through the law, Christ died for nothing!”
 
Good morning all my sisters and brothers in Christ…
By God’s grace I realized that salvation is not what I do, or what the church does for me, or man made traditions . Salvation is of the Lord ALONE. I tossed away all these clutches, and I rested by faith on the Rock of my Salvation, the Lord Jesus Christ. Now I know what it means to believe on the Son. And I know that I have eternal life. Praise God!
I am thankful that we can rely on God, for without His mercy and grace, life would truly seem hopeless. He is the shelter from the storm, and the solution to our problems. For as it says in Psalm 34:4-6, “I sought the LORD, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears. They looked unto him, and were lightened: and their faces were not ashamed. This poor man cried, and the LORD heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles.” Likewise, in Psalm 33:18-20, we read, “Behold, the eye of the LORD is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy; To deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine. Our soul waiteth for the LORD: he is our help and our shield.” If you find yourself struggling and do not know where to turn, please remember that God is always there. I urge you all to fully yield your hearts to our Almighty God.
 
God Speaking

The man whispered, “God, speak to me”

And a meadowlark sang.

But the man did not hear.

So the man yelled “God, speak to me”

And the thunder & lightning rolled across the sky.

But the man did not listen.

The man looked around and said, “God, let me see you.”

And a star shined brightly.

But the man did not see.

And, the man shouted, “God, show me a miracle”

And a life was born.

But the man did not notice.

So, the man cried out in despair, “Touch me, God, and let me know you are here”

Whereupon, God reached down and touched the man.

But the man brushed the butterfly away and walked on.

I found this to be a great reminder that God is always around us in the little and simple things that we take for granted… even in our electronic age… so I would like to add one more:

The man cried “God, I need your help”

And an e-mail arrived reaching out with good news and encouragement.

But the man deleted it and continued crying…

The good news is that you are loved. Don’t miss out on a blessing because it isn’t packaged the way that you expect.

To me “You annihilate the Word of God! You rebel against the Holy Ghost! You deny the Holy Scriptures to follow the steps of sinful men! You reject the pure waters of eternal life, to drink the waters of death.”

Tell him, you are aware of that error that some have desired to obey their laws over Gods.
God forbid you lose that understanding.

John 14:26
But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance , whatsoever I have said unto you.

1 Corinthians 2:13
Which things also we speak , not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth ; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

1 John 2:27
But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

Don’t reject Christ’s teaching’s. If man doesn’t line up with Christ, that man isn’t of Christ.
 
What If God Stops Loving You?

What if,

God couldn’t take the time to bless us today

Because we couldn’t take the time to thank Him yesterday ?

What if,

God decided to stop leading us tomorrow

because we didn’t follow Him today ?

What if,

We never saw another flower bloom

because we grumbled when God sent the rain ?

What if,

God took away the Bible tomorrow

because we wouldn’t read it today ?

What if,

God wook away His message

because we failed to listen to the messenger ?

What if,

God didn’t send His only begotten son

Because He wanted us to be prepared to pay the price for sin ?

What if,

The door of the church was closed

because we didn’t open the door of our heart ?

What if,

God stopped loving and caring for us

because we failed to love and care for others ?

What if,

God wouldn’t hear us today

because we didn’t listen to Him yesterday ?

What if,

God answered our prayers

the way we answer His call to service ?

I will Let The Bible defend itself… I get the feeling that religions feel the need to defend their religion against the Bible. God has the final word!! I do not want to get into anymore talks about the Bible and religion. My faith is in Christ Alone!
