1. Has a family of five great sons…and none of them have police records or are in drug rehab. But of course, they were raised by a stay-at-home mom, and that “choice” deserves America’s scorn.

1. Oh yes…he’s a MORMON. We need to be very afraid of that very strange religion that teaches its members to be clean-living, patriotic, fiscally conservative, charitable, self-reliant, and honest.

1. And one more point…pundits say because of his wealth, he can’t relate to ordinary Americans. I guess that’s because he made that money HIMSELF…as opposed to marrying it or inheriting it from Dad. Apparently, he didn’t understand that actually working at a job and earning your own money made you unrelatable to Americans.

You and I must have watched two different debates…both times around. Romney was courteous but firm in the first debate. The moderator in the second debate was rude, and crude, and biased. She found it “necessary” to interrupt Romney some 28 times…Obama only 9 times. She interjected on Obama’s behalf…and mistated the facts…and it’s amazing she just “happened” to have a transcript of Obama’s Rose Garden speech on Libya on hand…and still didn’t get the facts correct. When you say self-centered and immature you’re talking about Obama, right? This following quote of yours tells it all, you said

apparently you, Mr. Obama, and Mrs. Crowley don’t understand the role of a moderator. The moderator is not suppossed to be a foil for either candidate…but you are correct in stating she was Obama’s foil…she was in the tank for Obama the whole way…fed him lines…attempted to rescue him on on Fast and Furious and Libya both. It’s ridiculous.

Mr. Romney acted like a child in the first debate. He refused to follow the rules of the debate, raising his voice over the moderator. Kids learn to have better manners before they are half way through grade school.

Whether you like his policies or not, at least Mr Obama has a cool head, and he is analytical. The last thing one wants in the presidency is someone like Romney who lacks enough self discipline to even follow the rules of a debate.

Fortunately, the moderator of the second debate did not let him use his bullying tactics. She shut him down, the first time he tried to talk over her. Mr Romney backed down, and started to behave once he was properly scolded. How dare he shake his finger at a sitting president? At least Mr Obama didn’t sink to his level.

I didn’t think Romney did as well in this debate as he did in the first debate, and I think he was somewhat repetitious, hammering a little too hard on his economic abilities and plan, altho it may have been that that was necessary for the undecided people.

I think Obama was certainly very improved in this debate, but I was aware that some of what he was saying was not accurate, and that bothered me a lot. If you’re going to run, at least run on the truth.

I didn’t think Romney did as well in this debate as he did in the first debate, and I think he was somewhat repetitious, hammering a little too hard on his economic abilities and plan, altho it may have been that that was necessary for the undecided people.

I think Obama was certainly very improved in this debate, but I was aware that some of what he was saying was not accurate, and that bothered me a lot. If you’re going to run, at least run on the truth.

I’m sure that Romney must know that his plan won’t work. He is just trying to sell his tax cut with “voodoo economics”. Cutting tax rates has never netted an increase in revenues through increased economic activity. We know this from history. So, either he is telling us something which he knows to be false, or he actually believes what he says, even though he should know better. Take your pick.

But regardless of his failure there, one must worry about his immaturity and impulsivity. The President can call a missile strike. He can commit our forces almost instantly, with little accountability. We have seen how dangerous a president who lacks a sense of history and world affairs can be. We have even seen that combined with this same sort of childish narcissism. That cost us many lives and more than a trillion dollars.

Every religion has its “world view” in some sense. From what I have seen and heard, I think that the Mormon view comes across as childish in many ways. This is not just disagreeing with their paganism. There is a childish element to their world view. And it is striking how unsophisticated Mr Romney is for a man of his position and wealth. A female friend of mine is appalled by what his wife wears. I hadn’t really noticed, but it is part of a larger picture. He is not up to the job. Worse than that, he could be as dangerous as the last president. There are a number of similarities.

Have you read her comments about that? She admits that Obama cued her in to make her statement that she now admits was incorrect and false.
