farron, I AM surprised at you - we disagree often, but I must observe: Since you know Trump has been the developer on many, many projects, demands that I name 20 buildings seems rather petty, as if - if I can’t do it - my point is refuted.

Trump has served as the developer for, among others, the following projects (not comprehensive):
–Trump International Hotel &Tower, Chicago
–" " “, Las Vegas
–Trump Tower, NYC
–” " City Center, White Plains
–Trump Riverside South, NYC
–Trump Building, NYC (40 Wall St.)
–Trump World Tower, NYC
–Trump International Hotel, Vancouver

That doesn’t include properties Trump took over and resuscitated (i.e. Trump Taj Mahal, Trump Plaza casino); properties he acquired and rehabbed via other ways very few would have the temerity to equal (i.e.,Mar-a-Lago, that he basically acquired on the cheap by buying the beach in front of it and thus rendering the property significantly less valuable to anyone else); it doesn’t include a very large and wide variety of renovations/renewals of older buildings (Old Post Office, Washington, DC); buildings where the Trump Organization was partner; secured the financing (i.e. JW Marriott Panama), etc., and it does not include the large number of buildings where Trump has profited by merely selling the right to use his name on buildings.

So, I consider my point made.

Do you think you could repeatedly take a hole in the ground and make it into a luxury high rise? 20 times over?
I took this as you were saying he has built from a hole in the ground 20 buildings from the ground up. Which he has not.

I dont dispute that he has his name on many buildings and has rehabbed buildings in partnership with others. My dispute is that he has not built 20 buildings from scratch as you implied.
