And this “And 1st John 2:22 and 33 are talking about very people as yourself!”

Omg he’s an ordained minister 😱😱😱

“Context is everything my friend and no I’m not getting angry I don’t get angry. I wouldn’t be a very good ordained minister holding up to the word of God if I got angry my credentials wouldn’t be any good“

@Rosie11

** The Catholic Church was established by JESUS CHRIST HIMSELF HIS TRUE CHURCH on earth** AND THE POPE. Matthew 16:16-18 7 And Jesus answering, said to him: Blessed art thou, Simon Bar-Jona: because flesh and blood hath not revealed it to thee, but my Father who is in heaven.18 And I say to thee : That thou art Peter; and upon this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

Romans13:1 Let every person be subject to the governing authorities; for there is no authority except from God, and those authorities that exist have been instituted by God. 2 Therefore whoever resists authority resists what God has appointed, and those who resist will incur judgment.

But the protestants church is Man made and because of disobedience and on sin

Mark 7:6-7This people honoureth me with their lips, but their heart is far from me. And in vain do they worship me, teaching doctrines and precepts of men.

Jude 19 It is these worldly people, devoid of the Spirit, who are causing divisions. 20 But you, beloved, build yourselves up on your most holy faith; pray in the Holy Spirit; 21 keep yourselves in the love of God; look forward to the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ that leads to eternal life. 22 And have mercy on some who are wavering;

1 Timothy 4 :1 Now the Spirit expressly says that in later times some will renounce the faith by paying attention to deceitful spirits and teachings of demons, 2 through the hypocrisy of liars whose consciences are seared with a hot iron. 3 They forbid marriage and demand abstinence from foods, which God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and know the truth. 4 For everything created by God is good, and nothing is to be rejected, provided it is received with thanksgiving; 5 for it is sanctified by God’s word and by prayer.

Colossians 2:16 Therefore do not let anyone condemn you in matters of food and drink or of observing festivals, new moons, or sabbaths.

Ephesians 4: I therefore, the prisoner in the Lord, beg you to lead a life worthy of the calling to which you have been called, 2 with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, 3 making every effort to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. 4 There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to the one hope of your calling, 5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism, 6 one God and Father of all, who is above all and through all and in all.

Matthew 12:30 Whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever does not gather with me scatters. 31 Therefore I tell you, people will be forgiven for every sin and blasphemy, but blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven. 32 Whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come.

** A Tree and Its Fruit**

33 “Either make the tree good, and its fruit good; or make the tree bad, and its fruit bad; for the tree is known by its fruit.

Sounds like he is a Seventh-Day Adventist.

I can already see a claim there that is easy to refute: “eating all animals” vs “eating clean animals” (see Peter’s vision prior to meeting Cornelius)!

Well okay…

Neither is the Trinity explicitly spelled out in the Bible, nor the Hypostatic Union of the Son, nor the Canon of Scripture, nor the Deity of Christ - all of these things come from Sacred Tradition, and they are all implicit in Scripture, but not explicitly spelled out. It took the Wisdom of the Church and the guidance of the Holy Spirit to discern the truths of Scripture and Tradition and lead the Magisterium of the Church to define the particular doctrines and lay down certain canons.

Christianity is untenable and incoherent when you try to divorce the Sacred Scriptures from the Sacred Apostolical Tradition and the Magisterium of the Church which interprets them.

Tell he is taking scripture out of context when he post another picture.

This is what I said to him “I’ll tell you what go to Catholic answeres forums sign up if u can prove your case to these extremely educated people I will eat my hat not only that but I’ll convert shouldn’t be too hard for you an ordained minister and all”

To all God’s beloved in Rome… (Romans 1:7)
. . .
I appeal to you, brethren, by our Lord Jesus Christ and by the love of the Spirit, to strive together with me in your prayers to God on my behalf… (Romans 15:30)
. . .
Greet Mary, who has worked hard among you. (Romans 16:6)
Paul asked the beloved Christians in Rome to pray to God on his behalf and Mary was among them. Therefore, Paul asked Mary to pray to God on his behalf.

No we didn’t shut him up :roll_eyes: false alarm he now used this photo I hate that he keeps replying with photos (Please Note: This uploaded content is no longer available.)
You’re dealing with a troll who is trying to get a rise out of you imo. I doubt he’s an ordained minister of anything.

I have a feeling he doesn’t celebrate Passover or the feast of unleavened bread.

As I said before Mary WAS saved- from original sin by God’s protection at the moment she was conceived. See Jude 24-25 which I posted above. This completely contradicts their argument.
Two thumbs up to your reply! In Luke 1:35, "The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. Therefore the child to be born will be called holy, the Son of God(http://www.usccb.org/bible/luke#50001035-q). This verse tells of creation, as in John 1, which three words are brought out moved over some translations say hoovered over but the next verse says,"Then God said, “Let there be light”; 4 God saw that the light was good.

Notice how line 14 reads," 14 And God said, “Let there be lights in the vault of the sky to separate the day from the night, and let them serve as signs to mark sacred times, and days and years, 15 and let them be lights in the vault of the sky to give light on the earth.”

What light is scripture noting at the beginning of Genesis. The type of light was not noted as God created or made in line 16," 16 God made two great lights—the greater light to govern the day and the lesser light to govern the night.

The three words are “hoovered” over, God said let there be "light"and the third is God’s “word” being fulfilled.

Isaiah 55: 11 So shall my word be, which shall go forth from my mouth: it shall not return to me void, but it shall do whatsoever I please, and shall prosper in the things for which I sent it.

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2.The same was in the beginning with God. 3.All things were made by him: and without him was made nothing that was made. 4.In him was life, and the life was the light of men. 5.And the light shineth in darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.”
