Better watch it 1 beleevr you may just become a Catholic some day after all!CW: I may be wrong, but to me, the tone of post#926, was very accusatory, and judgemental, i.e, “You ignore, you ignore, you ignore…” And,“You dress up on Sunday, and then Monday, it’s business as usual!” Pretty bold statements to make about someone you haven’t met! And, contrary to what rinnie believes, I did not list all of my service to my God, to pat myself on the back, but rather to refute your assertion that(as I interpreted it) a Sunday-only Christians! You know, whether we admit or not, most of us human beings, are anti-something; it just seems to me that there are some who take it more personally! That is why I was talking to rinnie about the Peace of Christ, which for me, has allowed me to be more tolerant, more humble, and more forgiving! I do not hate anyone, not catholics, not Muslims, no one! Jesus has taught me how to be more loving and accepting; and I have discovered that it is difficult to live this Christian life on my own! That is why, I am learning, thanks to the Holy Spirit, to let Jesus live His life through me. I try really hard, not to get caught up in all the drama of religion versus religion, and temper anger with love. And while I know that Jesus’s original audience were His disciples, I cannot read my Bible, without knowing that His words, today, 2000+ years later speak directly to me! Though I have never met you, and may not until we meet in Heaven, I respect and love you as a brother in Christ, in spite of our differences! May the Peace of Christ be with you:thumbsup:
You got the making’s in your heart to be a true Catholic. even if you don’t, you just started to live the true Catholic faith. Good for you, and now I am very proud of you.
Trust me, its gonna work out for the best. It always does. When Gods in the picture, its always a work of art!
