Please show me the scriptures where the authority was given to all believers? There should be deacons, ministers and elders in the body but not an “organization”. You limit the authority given to all believers.
We can learn from everything Christ said, however, one must read the context of who was being spoken too.
Did Christ choose all, or did He choose 12? Did He give all the keys to the kingdom of heaven? Did He give all the authority to bind and loose? Did He give all the authority to forgive and retain sins? This is a great psssage for election, predestination and prayer only through Jesus to the Father. Again all believers should exercise this it’s not limited to a select few.
Please tell me how all are supposed to bind and loose on earth with a promise it would be bound and loosed in heaven?
Please tell me how all have the authority to forgive and retain sins?
The scriptures teach us an authoritative Church.

Heb 13:24 Salute all your prelates and all the saints. The brethren from Italy salute you.

known to the principalities and powers in heavenly places through the church,**
Scriptues show us the ‘election’ of those to lead us.
**Mal 2:7 For the lips of the priests shall keep knowledge, and they shall seek the law at his mouth: because he is the angel of the Lord of hosts.
Eph 2:20 Built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone:
Eph 4:11 And he gave some apostles, and some prophets, and other some evangelists, and other some pastors and doctors:
1Co 12:28 And God indeed hath set some in the church; first apostles, secondly prophets, thirdly doctors: after that miracles: then the graces of healings, helps, governments, kinds of tongues, interpretations of speeches.
1Co 12:29 Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all doctors?
Act 1:20 For it is written in the book of Psalms: Let their habitation become desolate, and let there be none to dwell therein. And his bishopric let another take.

1Ti 3:1 A faithful saying: If a man desire the office of a bishop, he desireth good work.
1Ti 3:8 Deacons in like manner: chaste, not double tongued, not given to much wine, not greedy of filthy lucre:
