So protestants are the modern version of Noah’s jews because they don’t belong to the cc. That’s all you had to say.Not Protestants specifically. I believe the Ark represents the church; outside of which there is no salvation. Read what Augustine said.
The point of this thread is to demonstrate that the story of Noah and the Ark is a prophecy of the Catholic Church. Your refusal to interact with this topic speaks volumes. So protestants are the modern version of Noah’s jews because they don’t belong to the cc. That’s all you had to say.

Really? how many Jews were there? Where does it say that anyone laughed at Noah? That’s because God told Noah, his family only. Every Jew laughed at him…then the floods came.
The Ark was a large box with no rudder and no way to steer. Not Protestants specifically. I believe the Ark represents the church; outside of which there is no salvation. Read what Augustine said.
The people thought Noah was a fool. What other people existed with Noah Valke? Speaking in the land that he came from. They all laughed at him. Made fun of him. They were ALL SINNERS, why do you think he chose Noah, a righteous man? Why did the floods come? The Jews were sinning against God.Really? how many Jews were there? I think her point may be…there were no “Jews” until after the Kingdom split between Israel and Judah…then during or after the Exile, there were “Jews”…the Noah myth has no “Jews” in it’s story…perhaps some “Hebrew nomads”, and or “Semitic” people, but no “Jews”.The people thought Noah was a fool. No. There were only Jews.I think her point may be…there were no “Jews” until after the Kingdom split between Israel and Judah…then during or after the Exile, there were “Jews”…the Noah myth has no “Jews” in it’s story…perhaps some “Hebrew nomads”, and or “Semitic” people, but no “Jews”.
OK:thumbsup:No. There were only Jews.
No, Noah was not “Jewish”.Was Noah not Jewish? This question is strange…![]()
Then what was he?No, Noah was not “Jewish”.
If Noah existed at all, he was not under the covenant made with Abraham. Abraham’s decendents through Isaac became the Jewish people.
If Noah existed he was one of the decendents of Seth(if Seth existed) if I remember correctly. Noah was part of the Middle Eastern people of that time. He may have had Semitic characteristic traits, IF Semetic people had emerged by that time, it’s been a long time since I’ve studied some of the biblical stories in Genesis. Then what was he?
NOah comes before the Jews. There are no Jews. That was what I meant. The Jewish people follow Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. THere is nothing in Genises that says anyone laughed or mocked Noah. The people thought Noah was a fool. What other people existed with Noah Valke? Speaking in the land that he came from. They all laughed at him. Made fun of him. They were ALL SINNERS, why do you think he chose Noah, a righteous man? Why did the floods come? The Jews were sinning against God.

I guess not…okNoah was not Jewish.
(Sorry Mods if it’s too late for this thread but I just noticed it now and it merits response.)Catholics have a more PHYSICAL relationship with their God.
(because they believe they get to eat their God)
Protestants have a more PERSONAL relationship with their God.
(because they devote their entire spiritual life to God, instead of dividing it to different saints)
