Amen. I get chastised on other threads for attempting to find humor in things that would otherwise make me quite upset.

yeah, that’s exactly what I thought. My Mom is 82 and she looks better than a lot of these people. There is nothing to fret about.

When you are dealing with something crazy, sometimes the only way to handle it is to make fun of the farce.
 
The “potato-head” congregants and celebrants, from the looks of things, will be burning in Hell sooner rather than later.
 
My 3-year-old summed it up well. I was watching the video and shaking my head sadly. He asked, “What’s wrong Mommy?” I said, “just some people making bad choices.” His response, “No games and NO presents for them!” So sad. Out of the mouths of babes.

But the “muppet mass” cheered me up. 😃
 
Hello Dear Faithful People…

As the party responsible for originally posting the sad spectacle now infamously known as the “Mr. Potato Head Mass”, I did so with a heavy heart, but, firm purpose–It is time for this group, so dangerous to the well-being of souls, to go.

Having known previously (as a convert) the regret of having terribly offended such a tender and merciful heart as that of Our Lord’s, I am sensitive to all errors that might endanger the destination of souls, or, cause others to know the same regret.

Jesus must be loved more deeply at this time…

Prior to posting, I viewed the video and noticed within it 2 people who were instrumental in bringing our entire family into the Church. In fact, I spent an entire year before our entrance meeting each week with a prayer group that fervently supports the errors Call To Action promotes. (I’m from Santa Cruz, Ca.) Nevertheless, Our Mother provided me, from Her Son, the grace of fidelity to the Church…

In a sure way, I believe God placed me in this group to be a small light for those He loves still, even despite the blindness of true error… Let us both pray and act with true charity in defending souls by encouraging our Bishops to dissolve Call To Action from the Catholic Church. I do not hold to the notion that dissent is passing. Indeed, I see a growing structure that resembles that of the 16th century…

If the priest was validly ordained, then yes, God is present at that Mass. Which makes it more sad, really.

Come to think of it, almost everyday (in human terms; God does not count time as we do) Jesus has to deal with these people doing odd things at His Mass, if they’re not commiting sacrilege and/blasphemy…:eek:

We cannot bring shovels and ride them “little boy horsey style” at Mass. Maybe it is a convert thing, and I hope it is, we are at Mass and not in a puppet show. Perhaps if it was for children I could see it a small bit while wanting to politely leave. But Mass is where Transubstanation (wow, i cannot spell that and that IS a convert thing! 🙂 takes place! Man, guys, if we don’t respect ourselves have somefor Diety. We are not Pagan (in pre Vat 2 meaning and usage). Don’t mess up a perfect thing.

ok, I am outta here. The boss is calling and I need to fold the clothes. I wonder if Mary ever made St. Joseph fold clothes?? 🙂

The next puppet terrorism comes to us from the controversial St. Joan of Arc parish in Minneapolis, Mn. (Palm Sunday).

Link is a dud. Perhaps this is a good thing as my head just about exploded on the last one.
