I don’t think people loving each other makes them a slave to their passion. Otherwise I fear I’d have to think the same of heterosexuals.
I don’t think that people loving each other requires them to be sexual partners. Do you?

I don’t think people being sexual makes them slaves, it simply means they have that kind of relationship. I’m asexual personally, so if you want to say that people who want sex are slaves to passion then I’ll have to wonder why you think so poorly of heterosexual couples.

You are the one who made “loving each other” into a sexual relationship. Do you not love anyone? Why would you get the idea that a sexual relationship is necessary to having a loving relationship?

It takes a male and a female to produce a child, so heterosexual relationships produce children with the intention that they be loved and raised within the homes of their parents. What I’m seeing now is homosexual couples finding out ways to produce children that excludes one or both of the the child’s biological parents as unnecessary. Do you think it is unnecessary for a child to experience the love of their own father and mother, such that it is just fine to make the positive choice to exclude one or both biological parents (and perhaps a third person: that is, the woman who carries the child) from the beginning?

Sex is one kind of relationship one can have; if you think a sexual relationship is always only about being a slave to passion then I feel very, very sorry for you.

Also; both of my parents were adopted. And my adopted grandparents are the most real, loving and valid grandparents in the world. So, no. I don’t necessarily think biology is all that important. Especially not compared to the people who actually choose to raise the child.

It compounds the abomination that is homosexual intercourse, and therefore same sex “marriage” is doubly wicked.

The same sex couples I know don’t seem wicked. One of them works with under privileged children. Seems down right lovely.

The act of homosexual intercourse is wicked. Same sex “marriage” is wicked.
'Nuff said.

Genesis 2:
"Then the man said,

“This at last is bone of my bones
and flesh of my flesh;
she shall be called Woman,[c]
because she was taken out of Man.”[d]

24 Therefore a man leaves his father and his mother and cleaves to his wife, and they become one flesh"

One man, one woman. Then sin entered the world. That is the only reason homosexual intercourse exists. It is a perversion of God’s design for human sexuality.

According to you. But from everything I’ve seen the same sex couples I know are just as good, sometimes better, than the heterosexual couples I see. 💙

“According to me?”
Try “According to Sacred Scripture and Church teaching from the Ante-Nicene fathers onward.”

Cool; according to you and some others. I know the majority of my country don’t think so, we had a vote on it and everything.

The fact that national governments and voters have endorsed an abomination doesn’t make it any less of an abomination.

You can think that if you want…
I have a feeling you are jumping into conclusions.
