Sewing a blouse for my sister. Attached the cuffs wrong side out. Picking out the stitches. RL thread killer.
 
Well I haven’t killed any threads in a while.
But I did get one well and truly mangled.

I reported one reply, and suddenly a third of the responses disappeared.
The thread is no longer coherent.

I’m kind of wondering if my post in the white privilege thread contribute to its death, in that it served as a quick reminder of how the thread would inevitably turn out, accelerating the result.

Really, though, I’m just looking for an excuse to keep this one alive.

Hmm…looks like everyone got too caught up in Threadkillers Anonymous and forgot to keep this one alive.

In unrelated news, I’m right now watching the A’s/Mariners game (GO A’S!). I know the A’s are a good team, but I’m a bit shocked at how bad Seattle has looked. Still a couple innings to go, though.

I had checked on the thread a couple of days ago, Thanks for keeping it moving.

I am enjoying this baseball season, not surprising since I am a Dodgers fan and they are doing well. Still lots of baseball to be played.

On my end, the A’s are doing well, but both the AL West and wild card look like they’re going to be tough to get. Still, there’s like 65 - 70 games left, so I’m nowhere near ready to worry. There’s still plenty of time for all of that to change.
 
I have liked the A’s, except of course when they play the Dodgers, since the days of my youth. I go back to the A’s of the early 70’s. That was a great team.
