Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To you do I come, before you I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in your mercy, hear and answer me. Amen
 
Loving God,

We lift our prayers in support of our friend Rocket who has consistently provided loving prayers for your people in times of worry, need, and trial. Please heal our friend Rocket and send competent and compassionate doctors and medical staff into his life to provide the grace of your healing touch to his situation. Please grant Rocket great courage, strong faith, and complete trust in your divine providence as he faces the upcoming surgery and the recovery process. Please comfort our friend and his family members, and help them to grow closer to each other and to you, O Lord, through this challenge in his life. Lord, we know you love Rocket and will guide him through this time.

We pray in the name of your beloved son Jesus, empowered by your Holy Spirit, who live and reign with you, one God for ever and ever.

I addition to daily prayers, Rocket’s intention was lifted up before our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament this afternoon. Amen.

Update: Hi, I’m back. The doctors let me out a day early. I’m very stiff and sore. They cleaned out my C-3 through C-6 discs through the back of my neck. I think my recovery is going to be slow but hopefully sure. I’m very grateful for your prayers and God bless you all.

Rocket, was their any doubt?

You are remembered in daily prayer for healing and abandonment to God. Thursday and Friday, your intention was lifted up before our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament. Amen.
