Thank you all again. I didn’t even plug the computer in over the weekend due to a combination of bad weather and exhaustion, but please know that you were all in my prayers.

I am amazed at all the generous prayers that have been said for me, and I thank God for all of you!

Lord of mercy, we thank You and praise Your Holy Name for the blessing that is Peggy’s life. We have all benefitted from her prayers, which we ask to be credited to her as righteousness. Father, You have provided her with the strength to carry on, and for this we are eternally grateful. You have listened to Your Son’s intercession on Peggy’s behalf, and blessed is Your Name! Out of Your inexhaustible mercy, we pray that You continue to pour forth healing and strengthening graces upon her, to see her through this test of her faith. We ask this through Christ Jesus, Your only Son, Who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, One God for ever and ever. Amen! Alleluia!

Thank you all again. I can never say that enough. I saw the oncologist on Wednesday, and spent Thursday in the hospital getting two units of blood. I’m still exhausted, but hopefully it will ‘kick in’ soon and my counts will go where they should be.

I have been very depressed. Not only because of my illness. It has to do with having to deal with a certain person that I cannot avoid. Please pray for a person unnamed, and also for me to be able to keep from losing a civil tongue. Pray that I can learn to not let it ‘get to me’, and the consider the source.

And please pray that I make the right decision regarding radiation to the brain. If the cancer has spread there, it will be an obvious choice. And I know that if it does spread later rather than now, that the brain is where it likes to go. But I was told one of the side effects could be that I’d have a great risk of dementia 10 or so years down the road. I really have to think and pray about this.
