The fact remains that Allred and Nelson invented and fabricated the accusations against Judge Roy Moore.

Below are the reasons where can see clearly they were lying:

1.) The Olde Hickory House required employees to be at least 16. Beverly Nelson claims she was 15 when she started.

2.) The restaurant’s dumpsters were on the side of the building and not in the back as Nelson claimed.

3.) A former employee says the restaurant NEVER closed at 11:00 PM as Nelson claimed and at midnight on most nights.

4.) Customers at the counter were served by the bartender or cook and not by any waitress.

5.) The witnesses claim they have shared this information with several news outlets but they have refused to report the truth!

And more: Rhonda Ledbetter, employed at the restaurant hesitated to come forward but she said: “As a moral and ethical person,” she had to come forward. She claimed that never remember ANYONE coming in the restaurant in a suit, which means Roy Moore never been at that restaurant.

And people who propagate these fabrications and inventions need to visit their confessor on grounds of promoting false gossip.

In Roman Catholic theology, detraction is the sin of revealing another person’s real faults to a third person without a valid reason, thereby lessening the reputation of that person.[1][2]

Distinction from calumny[edit]
Detraction differs from the sin of calumny and the civil wrong of defamation, which generally involve false accusations rather than unflattering truths.

The Catholic Encyclopedia clarifies:

Detraction is the unjust damaging of another’s good name by the revelation of some fault or crime of which that other is really guilty or at any rate is seriously believed to be guilty by the defamer.
An important difference between detraction and calumny is at once apparent. The calumniator says what he knows to be false, whilst the detractor narrates what he at least honestly thinks is true.[2]
Gravity[edit]
According to J. Delaney of Catholic Encyclopedia, “Detraction in a general sense is a mortal sin, as being a violation of the virtue not only of charity but also of justice. It is obvious, however, that the subject-matter of the accusation may be so inconspicuous or, everything considered, so little capable of doing serious hurt that the guilt is not assumed to be more than venial. The same judgment is to be given when, as not unfrequently happens, there has been little or no advertence to the harm that is being done.”

As in the case of stealing, detraction is a sin which demands restitution, even though rebuilding a victim’s reputation may be nearly impossible.[2] A commonly cited parable in this regard concerns a priest, often said to be Philip Neri, who gave a woman who had confessed to spreading gossip the penance of retrieving feathers that had been scattered on the wind—a task as impossible as undoing the damage she had done.[3][4]

Being a smug smart mouth does not give someone an exemption from telling the truth.

That is assuming the one accusation is false. There are 8 other accusations.
Moore is honed in on this one accusation and so are all the other pundits.

Soros Army in Alabama to Register
Convicted Felons to Vote Against
Roy Moore
Breitbart Big Government, by Aaron Klein

Birmingham, ALABAMA—An organization partnered with a George Soros-financed group and led by a radical leftist who is the half-brother of the infamous controversial Rev. Al Sharpton has been diligently working over the past few weeks to register convicted felons across Alabama. The aim of the effort has been to get as many felons as possible on the roster before last Monday, the deadline to register in order to vote in Alabama’s Dec. 12 senate special election that pits Republican Roy Moore against Democratic challenger Doug Jones. The man spearheading the campaign has stated outright that his effort is meant to ensure

I am not sure who they are. I pooh-pooh the Soros as bogeyman meme. Just, as btw, I pooh-pooh the Kochj brothers as bogeymen meme. Funding by those men does have an intrinsic meaning of the decency of the organization.

If you read beyond the flames in the link, you will see that Republican legislature in Alabama recently passed a bill, signed into law by the Republican governor to allow voting by people who had been convicted of certain kinds of felonies. The Campaign Legal Center is trying to make sure that affected people in the state are fully informed about their legal right to vote and are working to register them.

I realize that some people would rather suppress voting rights. Breitbart tries to poisons the well with links to Soros and Sharpton. But I think that, given the law, getting these people to register and vote is good.

I hope that’s not the case. Yes, the demographics in Alabama are different than in many other states. However, would they really elect an accused child molester?

I’d bow out of the race.

I know teachers can get fired for less. A male teacher in my high school was fired for being in a storage room with the door closed with a female student.

I know a former pastor in a parish we were in was removed after an allegation of abuse came out that happened decades prior.

I thought he was a good priest when I knew him. I don’t know if the allegations were true or false. But the diocese didn’t want to take chances.

Any other republican in Alabama would have been anti-abortion.

However, would they really elect an accused child molester?
Yes in a new York second…party over human decency any day.
Governor Kay Ivey says she believes the woman but will still vote for Roy Molester.
