The new administration has every right to talk about how their foreign policy will change things in a couple months.

There are UUGE differences between Pres Trumnp and soon-to-be-Senator Roy Moore and skanky franken.
First, the allegations against Moore are flimsy and the yearbook is a fraud;
Secondly, Moore´s alleged incidents happened YEARS ago;
Thirdly, Moore´s alleged incidents did not occur while Moore was a senator;
Fourthly, if Moore wins, the election will be a repudiation of the charges; and
Lastly, Pres Trump just said something, he never did anything.

Even if Moore did not date high school girls in his 30s (which he does not really deny), is no one here concerned about his other troubling actions and positions? His denial of the basic tenets of religious freedom alone disqualifies him from office, in my opinion, and that is just one of his problems.

No, the allegations aren’t flismly at all. There are 9 accusers that have been confirmed to have told 30 people before coming out publicly. You are focusing entirely on one accuser with the yearbook that you claim is a fraud, but that has not been proven to be a fraud, but it’s ONLY ONE OF THE NINE accusers. Furthermore, Moore has made excuses (I always asked their mothers for permission) and then denied knowing them, which is a lie, knocking his credibility done. Then there’s the mall banning, colleague comments about this being well known, blah, blah, lblah. Why you continue to lie about this is beyond me?

Trump has been accused by 13 women or 16 women or something of sexual harassment/abuse. I don’t remember.

Again, why do you perpetuate in these lies and gossip mongering?

Franken has been a cad, a JERK, but I don’t even think he should resign, unless something new or illegal surfaces.

Conyers harassed his staff while in the Senate, I think he should go. All congressmen who broke serious sexual harassment charges while is office should go, but that doesn’t include just making an unwanted pass or date request - that bar is just too low.
 
So is bringing a 14 year old girl to ones house laying out blankets, undressing and fondling her a low bar?

If that happened to you, how much time would need to pass before it’s considered old news?

I think we call that 'statute of limitations.
Now If he had raped her, it would still be relevant. Oddly this is also reflected in the ‘statute of limitations’ go figure.
 
So because a sex crime in Alabama has a statute of limitations then it’s ok.

Polanski committed a crime in the 70’s too. I guess that’s ok too?

Maybe you should contemplate why we have this in the rule of law.

The Statute of Limitations has no relevance to Polanski - charges were filed in due course with evidence collected. He’ll go to court when he stops being a fugitive.
 
He jumped bail in the '70’s. Isn’t that a long enough time ago?

He should run as a prolife republican in California.
 
We don’t have this in the rule of law. Alabama does. My state has no statute of limitations on sex crimes.

I live in a blue state where the age of consent is older than Alabama.
 
Yes morality has to do with where one lives, and how long ago something happened.

California is one thing.

Alabama someplace else.

Justice for 13 and 14 year old victims of sex crimes depends on location and political stance.

Being a republican absolves one of sin, culpability and gives one decency.

Who cares about Leigh Corfman she lied. Or if she didn’t lie, it happened so long ago. Roy Moore is a prolife Republican.

Polanski is on the other hand a degenerate. Because he lived in California I guess.

You are not a lawyer, are you.
Rule of law does vary a bit by state, it thus reflects their unique cultures.

Even in your state I expect Moore would be outside the statute of limitation. As I understand it, if a person did the same stuff today they would be charged with a misdemeanor harassment or abuse charge, not a felony.
