Some people like the truth coming out instead of letting a bunch of lies about what happened go without a response.
👍
Some people also only seem to show up complaining about the postings when they don’t like the politics of the posters, instead of being consistent.
👍
For example, complaining about saying Moore belongs in jail when there have been hundreds of posts about Hillary Clinton belonging in jail. Selective outrage, I’d say.
This the go to argument when you can’t refute what a poster is saying.

I’m basically saying that not voting for him doesn’t mean he’ll go to jail.

He’s accused of something terrible, by women who didn’t know each other at the time or now.

A teacher In my high school was fired for being in a storage room with a student with the door closed

I guess he should have dug in his heels, called the girl a liar and ran for Senate .
I assume there was a witness?

Well, there are plenty of chances to prove me wrong. I’d say a day doesn’t go by that someone comments on how Hillary should be in jail.

If I did, I’d be ignored. 🙂
In Latin, non sequitur means “it does not follow.” The phrase was borrowed into English in the 1500s by people who made a formal study of logic. For them it meant a conclusion that does not follow from the statements that lead to it.

Whoops…there went the evidence, and much of the credibility. Who is a liar now??

What was the accusation? Just being in a storage room with another?

Not attacking you but it seems just bringing a 14-yr old to your home is criminal enough.

  1. But Hillary’s emails. Uranium One.
  2. Abortion.
That’s all, folks. Case closed.

What is the topic of this thread again?

I believe that the rule was that teachers could not be in closed rooms alone with just another student. So he was fired because he didn’t follow that important rule. I’m pretty sure it’s part of Virtus training as well.

I agree about being alone both in the car and at his home with the girl, especially that she said he picked her up around the corner from her house.

Per info from below tweet, Beverley Young Nelson is still contending it was Roy Moore that wrote in the yearbook, but she’s now indicating that she wrote the location and date. I haven’t looked at the yearbook in much detail. Does the date and location look the same as the signature in the way that that is written, the signature that is claimed to be Roy Moore’s signature, or does it look different? I’m not accusing her of lying about it being Roy Moore’s signature, I don’t know what the ultimate truth is about the sexual misconduct allegations, but if she wrote in the date and location in the yearbook, and this is only apparently coming out now, that might be a big deal.

Has she ever claimed that Roy Moore wrote the date and location, in addition to the signature?
the handwriting matches the handwriting of the graduation card sent to the other girl.

Meanwhile the only physical evidence appears to be fraudulent (yearbook) or easily explained (the thank you or congrats note), the accusations are 40 years old. AND the allegations have been denied.
There is now a corroborating “Graduation Card” that another accuser has.

Yes, I know what it means. It seems imho to be superficial when it is used. We are not attorneys here, at least most of us are not.

I have added notes to signatures myself in my own yearbooks. It does not add to nor take away.

Whoops…there went the evidence, and much of the credibility. Who is a liar now??
Moore is still the liar. He didn’t know the women and we know that is untrue. There are 9 accusors and you are poking holes in ONE. How much longer do you continue with this rumor mongering and misrepresenting the truth.
