And it’s entirely because of NATO and the U.S. attempting to demonize him around the clock. Ukraine has lost it’s war against the east, and now all Putin has to do is sit back and wait until Ukraine economically crumbles and caves in upon itself. Even as I type this the IMF is frantically debating about whether or not to break their own rules and lend money to a nation at war, and also to take a side in that war. On top of all this, Russia and China are continuing to offload their dollar reserves…. It makes one wonder who the real “anti-Americans” are, considering it is those pushing for unfettered aggression toward Russia who are responsible for this chaos.

The approval rating for Russian President Vladimir Putin has hit a historic high point of 74% according to a recent research.

The survey was conducted on February 7 and was asking Russian electorate who they would choose to represent them if the presidential elections were scheduled for the upcomg week, BGNES information agency reported. The result showing that 74% of people would support their current president, points to a 2% improvement from the result Putin got in January 2014.

Additionally, according to the data obtained, 44% of Russians trust their president unconditionally, while 84% believe he is the most suitable person in politics to be a President.

The results were released only a day after the decision was made for ceasefire in Ukraine at the Normandy four talks in Minsk on Thursday.
At a press conference after the end of the 17-hour negotiations, Putin urged both rebel forces and the Ukrainian government to avoid unnecessary bloodshed, and to remain moderate both in their actions and their statements.

ooooo he is sooo dreamy! Next up he will be made homecoming King!

Russia invades Ukraine, steals land and USA made them do it!

The dog ate my homework!

😃

Mother Church Russia will be hearing about the Putin Crusade for a “very” long time.

North Korea’s leader is popular too.

Does the Original Post really accuse others of demonizing??:ehh: Really?

Back in 1989, East Germany was gripped by anti-communist protests that eventually brought down the Berlin Wall. Mr Putin has always claimed that he managed to talk the protestors down while posing as an interpeter.
But Siegfried Dannath, one of the demonstrators, told the documentary Mr Putin had in fact appeared in full uniform at the door and told the crowd his men had orders to shoot. That version of events was corroborated by Sergei Bezrukov, a former KGB colleague of Mr Putin’s.

His popularity with Russians is what I find interesting. Plus, if Maidan proved anything, it’s that bogus protests can be easily and effectively orchestrated in Eastern Europe.

I’m a big fan of Putin; he is good for Russia, and sets a good example for the world by his conservative views on homosexual’s and marriages along with parades being illegal in Russia under his office.

Putin also does not bow down to the NWO, I think that is why people love him.
but, he is good for Russia, not the USA.

I am his number one fan

Only kidding since I don’t take any leaders too seriously, but with the personal knowledge which I have, he is without doubt in a different league than most world leaders for a very long time .
He was young when he was in the party communist ,and that he has become a christian shows that he has the courage to stand up when it could have been against him winning power .

This is unlike Churchill who was a murderer all his life and others who are admired because they Wrote History in their favour .

He might be good for Russia. Might not be. At present, his economy isn’t doing too well. One may reasonably doubt the results of purported polls taken in a police state like Russia. If by the locals, they should be discounted out of hand. If by foreigners, the interviewees might wonder whether their loyalty is being tested.

But let’s assume it’s true that most Russians think Putin is just the leader they want. Since 40+ percent of Russians also approve of Stalin, or say they do, then one has to wonder just what aspect of the man they find appealing. Undoubtedly no few Russians are wistful about the years of “Soviet greatness” when it ruled all kinds of “little peoples” like the Baltic States, Poland, east Germany, Czechoslovakia and others. No doubt a good number of Brits lamented the loss of India too. From their point of view it was magnificent.

But that doesn’t mean Putin is a “good ruler”. It may only mean he heads a state that has never grown out of a taste for dictators and imperialism. Maybe Russia, having never known anything but tyranny and the oppression of its neighbors, will abandon such affinities. One hopes and prays it will.

He’s not a good ruler for the west but he doesn’t cares and he shouldn’t with the crazy morals that the west has . The west can hope they get a lapdog in Russia one day but I don’t think western leaders care about prayer anymore.

Russia being home of the vatniks I would not be surprised at such a high approval rating.

Some in the west could certainly be said to have “crazy morals”, or simply be immoral. But there’s no reason to think it any better in Putin’s Russia, let alone with Putin himself. Yes, the U.S. has a scandalously high abortion rate, but it’s far higher in Russia. Regular church attendance in the U.S. is shamefully low, but it’s much lower still in Russia. Birth rates are not good in the U.S., but they’re disasterously low in Russia.

Which is not to say any particular person or group of persons in either is morally superior to the other. But from the closest things one can come to objective metrics, there’s no discernible moral superiority in Russia vis a vis the U.S.

As a ruler, Putin is slaughtering Christians in Ukraine, so there’s little to be desired from an objective standpoint in his rule.
