Thank you. At least you stated what the REAL outcry is against. The PRIVATE SERVER with classified information going back and forth from and to people who didn’t have clearance to share…

FEC regulations exclude “services”. It’s legal to accept “services” from foreign nationals in connection with a campaign.

Accepting foreign money, directly or indirectly, in connection with a federal office or campaign, is not legal. Clintons would argue, of course, that the $150 million given to the Clinton Foundation and the half million given to Bill Clinton for a speech in Russia had nothing to do with any of her activities as Secretary of State or her campaign. Others might not believe that.

An active politician would be a fool to have something like the Clinton Foundation because it opens up the possibility of quid pro quo. She was a fool.
