I think this speaks volumes of the fine character of Paul Ryan, and it takes no stretch of the imagination why he is making this decision. If the report is true, its good for him, and good for the republic
Follow the Rats…he was ready to step back due to frustrating aspects of the job, including working with the president.
he does not want to risk being former-speaker Ryan serving under speaker Pelosi.it takes no stretch of the imagination why he is making this decision
Could very well happen thanks to Trumps destruction of the GOP.he does not want to risk being former-speaker Ryan serving under speaker Pelosi.
Or he may have special plans for 2020. Who knows? Probably not even he does, at the moment.he does not want to risk being former-speaker Ryan serving under speaker Pelosi.
Some of us view Trump as the Captain of the Titanic, and some as the Captain of the Good Ship Lollipop, I suppose. What disaster?
I would say your logic is even more bizarre, but I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt and say you missed the fact that he is not resigning, he just is not seeking reelection…he is under no moral or contractual obligation to serve another term.Your logic is bazarre.
He’s elected to served the interests of his constituency, and it sounds like you are applauding him as running away from that responsibility.
